Got a call but didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I called back the number and a recorded message from servicemagic.com.

Also got the call, left an automated message "Hello this is ServiceMagic"

I live in an apartment, and any work done is included in our rent.  I'm sure Service Magic is like junk mail for your phone.

Well some of the callers are just doing a job of work. I'd hate to have to do that for a living.  Some are polls, some legit, some are strange.  What works for me is I don't answer unless I know the # and if it turns out to be someone that needs to reach me, I DO have call answer.  Less aggravation for me that way.
