I continually get calls from this group.  I have worked diligently in getting this account cleared.  They received it in error. I have faxed documentation, I have even conferenced in the bank contact to get this corrected.  I was hung up on by the "head of the division"

These people keep calling me to collect a debt from someone I have never heard of. I called them back today to tell them I don't know the person and to please remove my number from their database. Andy, the person I spoke with, asked for my name. I told him he doesn't need my name to remove my number. He replied that he does need my name and then hung up on me. RUDE.

Same with me, they always call looking for this same chick.  I've had the number for +5yrs, they said they'd remove me multiple times.  I'm always busy when the call, so I never have time to "get into it" with them....  grrrr.
