I get calls from this company seven days a week, night and day. They say that I owe some kind of car payment when I do not even own a car finance by that company. What I started doing is keeping my ringer turned off just to avoid the harassment each day.

This number (866-913-9323) calls several times a day and does not leave a message. I am listed in the Do Not Call Registry of the US gov. This is violating federal law!

My brother gave my number (without my knowledge) to Wells Fargo when he took out a car loan with them. Now he has defaulted on the loan and they are harassing me with calls. Even though I have told them that he does not live here and I gave them his cell phone number. The calls never stop.

This is my wake up call everyday, have not idea who is calling leave not msg.
Who can this be?

I have a car loan with them and it doesn't matter if you are current, late, or made payment arrangements - they call 7 days a week, 2~3 times a day. I went on their website and gave them a "disposable" telephone number (http://www.tossabledigits.com/) so they wouldn't ring my home phone. They are the WORST place I have ever dealt with. I have filed a complaint with the FTC but they said because they are the original lien holder they can call as often as they want, so I went to the BBB and filed a complaint there as well.

I co-signed 2 years ago for a friend to get a vehicle. Wells Fargo says they give a 10-day grace period, but that's bull; I've received calls from them at work within 24-hours of the due date on a payment, and some (not all) are rude and demand payment now. In 1.5 years...the payments were NEVER 30 days late...always paid within that grace period. Now, I've since refinanced it on my own with another bank just to get it away from Wells Fargo. I called them, got the pay off, signed the papers and had my new bank OVERNIGHT the payment more than a week ago. I've even answered these stupid calls from the Wells Fargo collections dept. and TOLD them the payment was made, when it was made, and that I'm not a customer of theirs anymore. And the jerks are STILL calling wanting payment! The kicker is when they admit to me on the phone that they SEE in my account where I've already explained all of this to them! Then WTF are they still calling for?

In May of 2007, I had a wreck and needed a new car, which I financed through Wells Fargo Auto Finance. I made 1 payment, on time as planned, when my regular bank worked out a deal to buy out the loan and provide it to us at a much better rate. I refinanced with my new bank, they called WF to get the pay-off balance, and sent the check the same week the 2nd payment was due. I started getting phone calls DAILY at work and home from Wells Fargo wanting payment. This went on for more than month, with me constantly telling them that I was no longer a customer of theirs and them saying 1st they hadn't received payment, 2nd the payment was there but they were still processing it (which is my problem?!), to 3rd the payment was received, processed as a "Monthly payment" not a "payoff" so there's still a balance due (the balance varied with each call). I even got my new banker to call them to try and resolve the issue. He sent overnighted another check to them for the supposed difference...and STILL the harrassing calls continued...until I finally had to take time off work to go to a Wells Fargo Bank and get one of their people to deal with the problem, which by the way took him 3 HOURS to do. I discovered that WF sent the second payoff check back to my bank! My bank wound up HAND-DELIVERING an additional payment (at no charge to me) to that Wells Fargo Bank in person before the whole thing was finally resolved and the calls stopped.  I will NEVER be a customer of Wells Fargo again.

They call me constantly too and I just got my cell phone about 4 days ago and today is easter and I have nothing to do with Wells Fargo Auto Finance.

I do have a loan with wellsfargo.Whether you are up to date or not they call 10 to 12 times a day.They changed the number they call me with thinking i will answer.I do not keep my ringer on the calls are so harrassing.

It's Wells Fargo they so suck they are nothing but haunts. Don't ever do business with these people again. You will regret it. I promise u that. They are the biggest rips off in the world but I guess when you are desperate for a vehicle u don't think about it at the time. It was the biggest mistake of my life.

They call me too harassing me.. it like a ongoing things with them.. First they start calling early in the morning around 8:00.. I regret it!!!!

how can i stop this number from calling they ask for someone who doesnt live here..i have had this number for over 25 years...no loans ever

I receive a call this morning at 9:00am for Wells Fargo about car payment. I have been paying my car payment. They told me that I must have been in so kind of calling system. I better not get anymore calls from this number.

I bought an Iphone from ATT and they keep calling me looking for the previous owner of the number that ATT gave me...

I got a call from Wells Fargo while I was on the phone with them.  I told them I would call them after 7pm my time to avoid using cell ph min, then they called me 4 times in 1 day.  I can't believe that I called them at the time I told them, and then they call me while I am being transfered on their system AFTER I verified my information and they knew I was calling.

Please don't call here anymore, I don't need anything from Well Fargo, no more calls after this date 11/28/08................

This is second time this weekend, No more calls, you haven't a reason to continue to call me, I'm a 71 year old man, living with my wife, and these calls can't continue, as of this date 11/29/08 no more calls, please e-mail me of what action I need to take.
