Appears to be a follow up call to MTM medical transportation.

I get a call and on my caller Id it reads Free Call Toll 866-917-5244...Don't leave a message...So after reading what everyone on here said it is MTM Medical Transportation..I decided to give them a call to another number I have for them and ask them do they have this number as part of MTM and they told me yes and told me it is just a survey.

Good to know! call goes to my answering machine and they do not leave message.

This number calls me all the time and doesn't leave a message.

Called asking for my son -  I asked who was calling as my son has TBI and I handle his calls etc.  I couldn't understand one word she was saying - until the end and that was transportation company.  So I asked if I could help her and why was she calling?    she hung up.    If that's their customer service dept.   they have problems.    We do not use MTM medical transportation so not sure what that call was all about.

Horrible woman asking to speak to the owner of my child...when I corrected her that I wanted her statement to be the first thing corrected about calling someone for a survey she said I had no need to be rude and hung up on me. The nerve. Absolute disrespect.

This is a Survey for MTM medical transportation, just did one. Important to take surveys as they are awful though many of the drivers that are Independent Operators through Transportation Companies contracted by MTM, a privatized transportation company who only became relevant when government agencies were eliminated and privatized which has caused the most awful dispatching and poor service due to the Transportation Company and MTM.  Call the WeCare line to make complaints, it is very important, as are the surveys.  I read another comment to report them, and I will, they also did exactly what we're told not to do, say "yes" to a question which can be used out of context, and good job to the person who called MTM on their "known" number to verify that it is not a scam, robocall, etc.  MTM is causing deaths around the nation, Google it, especially in Wisconsin under the name Logisticare.  The rides often show up at the time OF your appointment, they leave patients waiting up to 5 hours to be picked up from an appointment, they will say you are a no show for pickup and then not come to pick you up to return trip saying you "no showed", so keep drivers and companies voicemails and telephone numbers so you can tell MTM who they were that picked you up and also get a name of the driver, one question is, did the driver tell you their name.  Take the survey please and call in your difficulty, or not getting picked up, and report it also to the Consumer Protection and Better Business Bureau as their "complaint line", WeCare, is just MTM.
