This organization is attempting to swindle people into paying debts of deceased persons.  They are going to try to convince you to pay a bill that you most likely don't have to and should not pay.  Legitimate claims against deceased persons are processed through probate courts.  If there's not enough money in the estate to pay all the bills, the courts will sort it out.

Yes that is who and what they're trying to do , Received a call on my minor daughter's cell phone which used to be my late wife's number ,  Guy's name was John Cook Extension 2176 , Looking for a "Family member" or "Someone authorized to pay late wife's debt" , Told him unless he could tell me who the debt was for or if there was another name on the debt , which I doubt or the would've asked for me , then Good luck getting any money from a deceased person because there is and never was any Trust fund , I didn't sign for whatever card that this person is collecting for so I'm not paying anything on it and wasn't giving any of my information to him either.
