    Do not accept any phone calls from that number.  They prey on the elderly and cheat them out of thousands of dollars.  Point and case:  They called my father in law and told him that his wife (deceased about 5 years ago) won the Lottery for $250,000.00.  They would send him the money after he sends them $1000 via Western Union.  

    Then when you try to call them back they hang up.
