This number calls me about 15 times daily. Very annoying.... anyone know who they are, or what they want?

Annoying and they don't give up!!!

this number is: National City Bank Collection Department.  
They are very rude and don't follow the law. They call
over and over even after a message has been left.

They call several times. I keep telling them they have the wrong number, they continue to call so I called them and the woman got very rude so I got very rude back. She then immediately called back from 269-973-4000. She called about 6 times in a row.

we keep getting calls from this number, and it is very annoying...  They insist on us giving personal information to them that according to our regulations here we can not give.. they need to stop

They are extremely rude- I lose my patience w/ them. They were calling every hour for about 11 hours a day and on Sundays. I have been trying to find their address to have my attorney send them a cease letter b/c everyone is right, they are not following the law and this "debt" they are calling me about is not mine- I'm in the process of suing the company that created this whole problem. I have also left Nat'l City Bank & told everyone who will listen to close their accounts there. They also have the highest bank fees.

They have called several times and ask for some one I do not know.  I have asked them not to call my number again.  They just keep calling.

They have called me 15 times today....and it is still early!

They call at 8 in the morning, when I am trying to keep y one year old asleep, and call back every 15 minutes if you don't answer the phone, then every hour if you do.  They don't care about being reported.  They just called AGAIN, for the 5th time THIS HOUR, and its only 8:44am!!!

This number as you may have gussed keeps calling my private cell phone. The tell me that my account is over drawn. I do not use National City Bank so I dont know why they keep calling me.

This is National City Bank. They had been calling my personal cell phone for 5-7 days straight 4-5 times an hour. Whenever I tried to call back they disconnected me. Finally when speaking to someone there, he claimed my number was removed after I told him that I have NEVER banked with National City.

Also, this may have happened when someone opened a bank account with them and were asked for a reference number or some sort of "back-up" number. Maybe people are listing anyone's phone numbers for this information.

I kept getting calls from this number on my cell phone and the phone would ring once and that would be it.  As a number of you said, it would ring at the most inconvenient of times.  I just called them, and as you said it was National City, whom I have never banked with.  They were looking for someone named Christine and said it will take 24 hours to take my number off the system.  Don't be afraid to call to have the mistake fixed!

this is a scam- they called asking for personal info like my social security number and account number, they said they were with National City Bank, but the main extension found on National City's website advised they don't have any phone lines that start with 866

This must be a scam!  I can't believe this number is actually from National City.  I worked for them and no way would they participate in such activity.  I believe this is a lowlife pondscum collection agency.  I've had enough!  They call every 15 to 20 minutes.  I recommend you report them.

Just like everyone else, someone from this number calls my house a million times a day and never leaves a message.  A million times a day, everyday.  Really how hard is it to leave a message?  I finally *69'ed after the phone rang again (like 3 minutes ago) and put the number into Google and here I am.

Same thing to me they call me during school and it gets very annoying and drives me insane they have been calling me for almost a month now like every day...

They, along with several collections agencies, repeatedly call my number for a woman who I do not know.  It happened again this morning, and the 866-925-5972 caller asked if I had a better number for this mystery woman after I had just told her I didn't know her.  I asked her to stop calling me, take me off their list and she said "it's not a list, thank you." Then she hung up.

Well it's nice to finally know who keeps ringing my phone off the hook! National City just won't go away.
