Don't buy anything from Conn's. Once you are late they will call you non stop with very rude employees. They say they are trying to meet you half way and how missing a payment will mess up your credit like they are so concerned. The truth is they have a jefe who will drive them to make collections and harrass people no matter what. They will just transfer you for no reason and then take the next call. Some will even make rude/smart comments just to ruffle your feathers. I wonder why they have so many pending lawsuits and employees being sued for sexual harrassment. If you plan on purchasing furniture, please go somewhere else. Oh, and high interest rates.

Yeah, this is Conn's calling. If our payment is due on the 1st and was not received, they're calling on the 2nd non-stop all day long and into the night. I have 3 accounts well with them. On one of my accounts, I purchased furniture for my college student daughter in July '10. Some pieces were damaged so I called the delivery man and the store the very next morning.

They have sent me thru so many hurdles and hoops, its now December '10, and the furniture hasnt been replaced...5 months ago! Yet, they are always on time with all those harrassing collections calls! This is insane! I do not recommend Conn's to anyone, because their service/customer service sucks!!!!! They disappoint me big time! Dont know how they've managed to stay in business this long.
