No idea who this is.  They left a message saying that they needed to collect a debt with an account number.  This seems VERY shady and I do not plan on calling them back.

The actual call is coming from 336-358-4900, but they leave a message to call the 866 number. They've also left a reference number, but I have yet to return the call. They don't even say who they are. And of course it's an automated message. I'm not certain I feel comfortable calling this number...

They are called NCO Portfolios/Source Receivables Management.  Actually they are somehow related to Bank of America.  I only know this because I happened to be speaking to Bank of America that same day in relation to a completely different matter and then I happened to get a phone call from the exact number you stated above, saying this is an urgent matter and to call them back.  The number was Bank of America's number!  They seem fraudulent to me because when I told them I have a message on my vm stating that this is Bank of America, yet they do not introduce themselves as such, the rep said yes we are a part of Bank of America but I bet you can't prove it!

they are from source receivables management who are trying to collect a fraudulent debt from me.  they don't even have the proper spelling of my name.

They left a message saying for me to call them back, the recording said my name and all, but no company name but that it was in reference to some account number, that ive never heard of. When I called back, it said that the person at that extension was unavailable and that I should leave a message. Why shoud I leave a message if i dont know what the call is about or who even called me in the first place?! SMELLS LIKE A SCAM TO ME!!! Especially when I am current on ALL of my bills...SMH

I contacted NCO financial because they keep calling for something or other and my machine cuts them off before they can leave a number and I don't have caller Id. I was told by NCO that the account in question is with Genesis Financial and that the collector to contact is Source Receivables at 1-866-938-8060 however when I call that number it says there is nobody there and to leave a message for that extension? From what I have been told NCO, Genesis Financial and Source Receivables are one in the same company simply using different subsidiary names.

these people are scams dont pay ... dont believe any thing they say hang up and call the police they are scams they have stolen from hundreds of people..

Called, left message on machine with some account number. They don't say who they are, but they leave this number.  Caller ID says different-336-358-4900.

I received a message to call 866-938-8060 and to refer to an account number.  Funny thing is they used my married name and I have not used that name for over 10yrs.  I also checked my credit reports and I have nothing in there that references the account they asked me to refer to.  Signed, Hummm?

Say they are a collection agency called the source and are telling me I owe money from a debt that was taken care of in 2007. I can't find them on the internet.

got a  letter only so far.  the debt would have to be 10yrs old when i was young and careless and its only 600$.  i'm not even sure it's mine.  no phone call yet tho.  they want 25% and then it COULD stop further action.  its not on my credit report and wondering can they put it there?  no phone call yet.  still have 30 days.

They contact me about a debt that was paid . It seems ATT turns over the mobile bills to them. When I conforted them nicely that I had my receipts, they were rude and hung up. Upon calling them back, I was told I was not who I am , and hung up on again. This is another good reason not to have ATT as your mobile service if they choose to do business with shady people like this.
Yet I still get dailey calls from them . Why doesn"t the State Attorney do something about these leaches ?

I have gotten phone calls from this group for several days. Today, I have phoned them back several times at the different phone numbers associated to them asking that they remove my phone number from their call log that the person they are looking for is not at this number.

I see from the BBB of NC that this organization is a bad business, grade D, and caution is needed.  From what I understand this group is not suppose to be calling and is probably breaking the law in doing so.

We recieve calls 2 to 3 times a day for a person that does not live at this phone number. We have asked them 3 times to take us off of the calling list and they continue to call! They even have an automatic service that says if this is the wron number please hit button 3 and to verify hit number 4 I have done this at least 6 times and continue to recieve phone calls!! This is ABSOLUTLY REDICULOUS!! NOT TO MENTION HARSSMENT>>LISA WALSH DOES NOT LIVE HERE!!! STOP CALLING US!

They are some collection agency trying to collect debt.  You can't even find for who or what and they cut you off won't let you talk they hang are seriously rude.  Don't give them any information they are a scam.

I did some research and they are source receivable management.  It is a team of 3 people who buy unpaid debt from business and then harass you until you pay them.  Look them up under the Better Business Bureau and you can see what kind of people they are.  They called us too and when I called back the guy was rude and demanding.
