RGS Finanacial, they are the people who banks use to give you "second chance" loans when your checking account was overdrawn and not paid up in time.

No message.  Probably a scam.

probably from Jamaica, they just started using this number on me, they switch
numbers all the time. They ask for a lady who used to have this number, won't
take no for an answer. They have been calling me for almost 2 years, don't know what to do unless I change my phone number. Can anyone help?

Got a couple of calls from them. Today's was on my answering service (an electronic message device, not connected to my home). I thought it was suspicious because the message was distorted. It was hard to understand what was being said. She said her name was Jennifer something, from RGS and she left the number. She said it was a collection matter. I'm going to find their address and stop the contact.

No name.  No message.   Sounds like a scam from what others have said.

I spoke with  DARREN RATKINS when I called the number back and asked for a supervisor.  He was incredibly rude, inappropriate and lack any sort of articulation.  I have absolutely no indication for debt collection and the story changes every time I receive one of these calls....."looking for the wrong person, ask questions, demands....."  I have found that the National Association of Consumer Advocates has a website that lists attorneys that handle this type of harrassment.

Call their toll free number and not say anything (provided your number is blocked, this bothers the hell out of them). I asked a few of my friends to do the same one day and these people actually turned off the answering... Its toll free and charged to them so happy calling and get even...

These people called on business lines that disrupting clients from calling in, they also leave other people's personal messages to any employee whoever answered the phone.

I received a call from my niece, she had received a call from a lady claiming that I had filled out a application for employment and had listed her as a reference.  That she was wanting to talk to me that they were wanting to hire me.  She said she worked for Archey S company.  I knew that I had never applied for any job of that name and I have never listed my niece as a reference.  I googled the phone number and found this posting about there improper businesss conduct.  The lengths that these people go to is improper and should be illegal.

They called my house number and talked with my dad. Said it was a business matter and her name was Laquinta. Trust me, I don't have any issues with my banking, loans, or "business matters" of any sort.

They called me on my house phone and they  mentioned my name. These people are so rude. They didnt even tell me who they are. The lady who called  had to transfer the phone to a guy named  Steven (according to him) and he was nasty. He told me that he was going to continue calling whether i  like it or not after i told him to stop calling my number.

Make it as unpleasant for them as it is for you. Scream at them, curse them out, try to sell them something, put the phone down and watch TV for an hour etc. etc.

Different people call from different numbers with me it is regarding an old payday loan . They are rude and try to scare you by saying there has been a court case filed against you.

Received a call from them asking for someone who does not live here.  Informed them of that and they would give no information on why they were calling.  They used my cell phone number.  I don't even know how they got that.  Had that number for a long time.  Claimed to be Mr. Dailey at ext 2121.

called my 87 year old mothers home - did not tell her anything but that she needed to get ahold of me.

Bottom-feeder debt-scammer buys old debt paper for pennies (even already paid offs), then badgers the stupid to give them money. They're nasty because they're crooks, so petty federal & state laws mean nothing to them. Do NOT respond!

Legitimate businesses do not work with these scum.
