Wachovia calling for overdraft

They call about 25 times everyday while I am at work...and never leave a message.  They just tie up my voicemail with blank messages!  If it is Wachovia...then why don't they leave a message for me.....this is crazy!  It is herassment too!  There are laws that protect consumers against this abusive type calling calling calling!  My account with Wachovia has been closed for several years now!  This is rediculous!

When I answer I only get silence and they never leave a message in voice mail.

Automated call, asked for me by name and left a file number.  I called back & it is Wachovia butthey had no record of the file number.  I have never dealt with Wachovia in my life.  Based on this I probably won't, either.

Your are being automatically dialed by a collection company that works for Wachovia Bank or a Nigerian Scam artist attempting to get your name accont number and your social security number.  Ask them their address and get thier name and write it done.  Then tell them you want to call them back and you want a number eith an area code.  If they won't give this to you it is am identity scam theft.  Call your local SS or FBI and report.

I have asked several times to stop calling this number.  the person looking for I have never heard of but they continue to call.

The only thing on my voicemail from this number is my name. Nothing else. Not who they are, not why they are calling, not even call back info.
