This phone number belongs to FWM Laboratories, Inc., 2040 NE 163 St., #305, North Miami, Fl 33162.  They are in the Vitamin and Food Supplement business. There have been an overwhelming amount of complaints about rip-offs and scams involving their free trial of Resveratrol Ultra from their website. They also sell Acai berry supplements. The above address and the phone number are listed with the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and the Caribbean. They have another phone number: 866-992-6556, the customer service number for Resveratrol Ultra of Hollywood, FL.  There are two other addresses for FWM in Fort Lauderdale. The BBB has given this business an F rating. They have a recorded 3,064 complaints. I might be making it 3,065. A background search of FWM Laboratories, Inc. at the North Miami address turns up nothing. Neither do Resveratrol Ultra or either of the phone numbers. Their Vice President is listed as Brian Weiss. Unfortunately, there are many Brian Weisses in southern Florida. The two times I have been charged by AntiAge Resveratrol Ultra there was always, in addition, a Foreign Transaction Charge. Do not order anything or except a free trial from these people!

I too was scammed by the acia blueberry free trail for just $3.95 shipping cost.
I did not receive the free trial but my checking account had $39.95 and 87.13 removed from it. so far no merchandise.

I did receive the Acai I asked for on a free trial. So far my account was charged accordingly, also with foreign transactions fees. I cancelled it today, because of the 143 calls I received in 1 week, 6 before noon today, from their sales department, number 408-587-2125. The fine print allows them to charge the full shipping up to $5.95. I will will file fraud charges against them if they charge anything else.I have detailed records of my transaction, including the outgoing call on my cell. The customer service agent barely spoke English. The website says Cypress on the bottom, my receipt has UK. The product shipped from Hollywood FL and the so-called sales dept out of Ca. I will also be filing every complaint I am legally allowed to file against this company.

Had a TEXT from that number today. The message said "where are you?". Very weird-even weirder to find out who the # belongs to since yes I too got ripped off by them and just called them yesterday to get them to cancel and stop charging me. I ordered the free trial and then never could get through to cancel. I finally looked to see what they have been charging me and it was $79 and some cents per month!!  I asked if I could send back the unopened packages I have and they said I could only return and get a refund one one. When I asked what I need to do to return and get that refund it was almost like a joke that the guy rattles off about 7 or 8 steps REAL FAST then tried to get off the phone and hang up without letting me talk. I said hold on and repeat those slowly as I write them down and repeat them back to u so u don't screw me over sonme stupid detail. Spoke to 2 different people yesterday and they are real nice until u tell them why u are calling and want to cancel and stop being charged-then they are nasty and rude and are very obvious in trying to end the call with little info or a lot real fast. To anyone reading with no dealings eith them just do yourself a big favor and keep it that way

I'm sorry to say this but I worked for the crappy company that scammed you - Impulse Marketing. I really needed the money so I bit my lip and went along with it. But I was recently laid off along with just about everyone else. Thank god, I was feeling so terrible about what I was doing.

I'm too afraid to give out my real name because they might come after me but I'm posting their info everywhere I can. Impulse Marketing is a boiler room scam that's only into ripping off as many people as possible.

We "upsold" all kinds of stuff by calling people who already bought something similar. The best were old people or guys that sounded out of it. We would just read from a script and get people to agree a couple times on the "free trial". Then the cards would be charged immediately. And we would give phony toll-free customer service numbers to call back that no one answered.

We were told over and over to never mention Impulse Marketing. We were only supposed to say waht was on the script. Some guys got fired for slipping up and mentioning we were from Impulse Marketing because then we could get found. Well I hope that's exactly what happens now.

We never knew the owners names. We only knew them as the bosses. But all of them drove new Escalades, BMWs, Mercedes, etc. One guy just got a Maserati. I heard they even have a company limo. But they treated all the regular workers like crap and paid us only for the time we were actually on the phone talking to someone. If anyone complained, they would fire them for virutally no reason at all.

Well I looked them up on sunbiz.org and found out who the owners are: Joseph A Montalbano, Matthew R Argall and Christopher Reinhold.

    Here's the company info:
    Impulse Marketing LLC
3985 Gateway Center Blvd Suite 200
    Pinellas Park, FL 33782
    http://impulseteam.com

If your trying to get ahold of them to get your money back or complain to someone, here's numbers that went straight to their offices:
    727-210-4721
    727-210-4715

Like I said, I'm really sorry and I hope this helps anyone whose been ripped off by these guys.
