Says It was Berlin Wheeler Not for sure but I was reading other posts online that say It's a bill collector of medical bills but we've already got covered so It must be one of our crazy family members or ex members who have used our address and phone number to get away from medical bills, wish they would just own up to them. 866-951-1791  11/06 9:38am central time called. Didn't answer the phone If they don't stop calling I am reporting them. 1st time I've heard this phone call and I never answer the home phone I have Caller ID. Bought ready to cut the home phone off,home phone carriers should protect It's customers from these people.
