The guy who left the message spoke such broken English I could, conveniently, hear nothing but threats about not being able to work for a year in America, among other things, if I didn't call back.  He even called me by a diminutive of my name that I haven't used in over 20 years.  I'm just trying to find out if 1) he is legitimate and his employer made an incredibly bad decision in hiring him, or 2) it is a scam.

guy will have all your info but if you ask for it he cannot give it to you it must be your lawer but if you owe them you have a right to see your info and you must recieve written notice before you can be sued for any thing.

I recieved this phone on my cell phone and when I hung up after his "threats" of law suits he started calling my boss who happens to be a attorney because he could not talk to him , this broken english man started calling all the paralegals and assistants liars, I then got on the phone again and he called me a [***], a liar and told me we were doing things his way . I did get the phone number called the police because he then told me he would come see me. I have given this to the attorney general, FTC has a report of this better business ALL 3 credit companies are on alret. People this is a SCAM. And these people are aggraviated when they are not getting what they want. Contact authorities ASAP. They need to be found, they will be charge with criminal charges along with a list of others. Be safe!!!!

I doubt that is your real name. I have seen it before last August when you scammers were pulling the same stunt. I guess you forgot to check the BBB because they put an alert out about your business. Threatening people is illegal. I am looking forward to prosecuting you.

Well one you need to hire people that we can understand that doesnt threaten you or cuss you out. A friend of mine (local cop) called back and he got cussed out by them. I think its more then making us aware of the situation. Especially when I get threatened for a loan my brother took out

you guys are a scam!! your empty threats are [***]!!! these guys say they are lawyers and they will try to make you pay them over the phone! even if they have your social security number and threaten to take you to jail DO NOT PAY THEM!!! they will tell you they are collecting on an unpaid online loan from instant cash. they will not send you written proof and they will continually use scare tactics such as threating to send someone to your place of employment to arrest you. they will say they are from the legal department of unsecured loans or something like that. I have consulted with 2 attorneys and they confirm they are a scam!!!  also if you get harassing calls from these guys contact; the federal trade commision, the FBI, the BBB, and file a police report. Mabey if we get enough people dealing with these guys we can file a class action  againt them. SCAMMERS DO NOT PAY!!!

I am getting the same thing done to me talking about sueing me for fraud because I didnt have the money to pay back a loan and they are always rude and you have to pay by credit card. The smae number except he's trying to say his name is Brian Willams. They keep calling my job harrassing me at work. I'm tired of it too. I'm glad I found this add. 866-960-6286

They called 052-797-721 asking for me by name. They mentioned someone I knew owed them money, threated legal matters against said person and gave me a number to give to said person.
Which I looked up while I was on the phone with the heavily Indian accented "lawyer"

The background noise was extremely loud and I noticed an echo of what I was saying.
I asked if I was being recorded and he said yes. I then raised hell explaining that it was completely unlawful to record me without my permission. I got no notification I was being recorded. He was left speechless. Trying to say that was "the norm" to record calls. I threatened FTC reports, which I will do, and he was asking me to understand something when I hung up.

Just be aware that they are recording you.

The [***] are calling about a damn loan that doesn't even exist.... I inquired is all I did, never filled out any application or received any money. [***] Indian [***] better hope he doesn't get my voice mail next time....

this number called a friend of mine looking for me, said i gave her number for a referrence, funny thing is i haven't done anything that needs that, or have ever gave her name and number out....kinda strange how people get your info...they wouldn't even tell her who they were or worked for..

This person repeatedly called my work number.  15 calls in 5min!  I have no idea how to stop them!

This IS A SCAM. No true professional does not at least reveal the information on their company.

If you receive this call, call your local police department and file a harassment case. All the people they call dont even owe money, they try to get you to wire money to a western union account since if you do they cant be arrested for anything. Because western union has paperwork saying if you do this, and you were lied to, youre screwed.

but seriously, these stupid middle easterns can eat [***]. I literally told them they can go make me chicken kabobs and I might at least listen to them, but I know better than to believe their scam BS.

I went to a site and applied for a payday loan, got declined, and now these guys are calling saying they are from a legal firm. Put an 8 in front of that nine digit number they are calling from and its a california cell phone. They want to scare you into thinking you owe money to them, then get you to western union it. THIS IS A SCAM>>>THIS IS A SCAM. Call the attorney generals office in your state. They are either pakistani or indian, using american names. Also..they will give you NO information, and REAL law firms and collectors..have tons of information to give you, including address, city and state. THIS company refuses...remember folks..THIS IS A SCAM
