Got a lot of "missed calls" from this on my cell (didn't answer).  Another many-time toll-free caller, I DID answer, they WERE XM radio, but looking for a particular individual, who used to have my cell number... about 5 years ago!  It could be that was the last contact info they had.  I explained that, and the caller (who had excellent diction and language command, obviously state-side and NOT off-shore!!) was friendly and apologetic.

If you know for a fact that you've never had that service, you might do as I, answer and get their story, give them yours, and ask that they get your number off their list.

It is XM radio. They call me ALL the time. I have called them and asked nicely and then not so nicely for them to QUIT calling me. I love my car but will think twice about buying a car with XM EVER again!!!!!!!
