Just checked my credit card statement and this number, listed as FFAO, Taylorsville, UT, charged my card on March 22, 2009 for $3.99.  I have had to cancel my card as a result of this and two other unauthorized charges on the same day.

Did not get a telephone call but had my card card charged twice for $3.99 and $99.99 in a 5 day span. Have filed a police fraud report and have my credit card company on it.  Seems like a scam.  How they got my card number is beyond me.B7T9

I have received multiple calls from this number and also received the fraudulent 3.99 charge on 4/21 and $99.99 on 4/25 as well as other unauthorized charges during that time.

had the same thing happen to me, unauthorized 1.99 transaction to my account.  Called the number it says you've reached their "corporate office" whoever they are.  Filed a police report, canceled my card and filed fraud report w/ credit bureau.

this no. showed up on my credit card bill with FFAO Taylorsville, UT as the description.  transaction date 5/7, posting date 5/11.  it was the first of a rash of fraudulent transactions!  fraud prevention picked it up and canceled that card no.

Same story here.  Billed 99.99 by a company called smg consulting out of South Jordan Utah.  In the middle of filing a report.
