this call is from the bank of america mortgage department. It usually is to let you know they screwed up your account again. This is also the same department that is being sued by the federal government and by 10's of thousands of homeowners. Also the people that talk to you want your social security number and their office is located in India or Pakistan. They should not be called the Bank of America, they should be called the thieves from a 3rd world country. Bank of America sub contracts almost exclusively to third world countries

I get calls from the same number but it's Multicare Patient something.  Basically they want me to pay my bill.

Yep it Multicares collection service. When you answer it is a robotic meesage to begin with.

Wish they would stop calling they screwed up my account (that's Multicare) they called and it has been fixed. But they keep calling every day!!!!!

I actually DID have Multicare bills in collections (it's a long story) but I recently paid them all. It was only THEN that  I began receiving calls from this number. Multicare does not have it's own collection agency. CBS Financial Services in Spokane is the agency Multicare uses. I know this because I asked them. This is a scam.
