Called at 5:15pm, but since they give no identification I don't answer to them.

Don't know who this is, but they've called me twice today, anyone have any info?

18669829805--Those are busters. They called my number. When the answer machine started to work, they said nothing and just used all my machine's memory space. Total 2:04 and there is nothing.
Why those busters like to do such fking calls?

They woke me up this morning (sunday) at 9:30am in Montreal.  They did not answer.  What the hell is their problem???

This number has called our office 5 times today, and the day isn't over yet!! They never talk, just hang up when I answer the phone.  They are driving me crazy!!

The law is for telemarketer this number is a survey company and the law does not apply to them.

But they will put your number on their own DO NOT CALL list with pleasure if you call them at 514-982-2464 or 1-800-404-2464.

Some of you might live under a rock or something, but Léger Marketing isn't your average annoying marketing. They are THE most recognized and respected survey company in PQ. They probably have offices around Canada also (not sure about that). I believe they have good policies, and so if you simply ask to be removed, they will do it, no questions asked.

Also, some of you should understand that it is a computerized system that calls you, not the person on the phone. The law states that no more than 10 secondes must past between the time you answer the call and the time the system transfers your answered call to the surveyer.. So if you don't hear nothing after 4-5 seconds, don't simply hang saying they don't talk, just give them the time.

Also, I was called by this number this morning, but not for a survey. I actually emailed them for some info, and they called me back to answer.

They do have offices in many provinces outside of just Quebec.

They are the biggest survey firm in Canada that is entirely own by Canadian and have been in existence for more than 20 years.

For those of you who think the DO NOT CALL LIST helps to protect you from getting annoying calls or faxes, think again! There have been numerous talk radio shows on the subject about how being on the list actually INCREASES the amount of spam calls and faxes you will get. The list is only supposed to be sold to "legitimate" telemarketers but do you really think that stops the crooks from getting their hands on it?? Yeah, right. It's a gold mine to the crooked telemarketers because it verifies for them that all the numbers listed are active! The smartest thing you can do is REMOVE your numbers from the DNCL. If you can identify the companies that use fax spam advertising or random phone spam go after them directly. Let them know you will NEVER buy their products or use their services... EVER! I know this to be very effective because I've done it many times.

Personally I don't care if they are a respectable company or not anyone that calls me without an invitation is irritating I pay for an unlisted number just to avoid this crap. A respectable company would only phone those that are listed in the phone book. And yes I am on the Canadian Do Not Call list and they still called. Respectable my $#^%^%*& !!! there are millions of lonely people on line that will fill out surveys I am not one of them and I don't even live in Quebec, so why are they calling me?

Get calls from em every day.
It`s disrespect to annoy people callin em 5-10 times a day 5 days a week,dont cha think so?
And I don`t give a [***] all surveys in the World whatever they surveyin.If you want people to talk ya just seek DNCL,in other cases ya`re just such a spammer that have to be in a jail or at least penalized !

These [***] don`t even think about people,they can call any time of the day,wake up people disturbing their dinner time and so on,so why should I care about their survey?It`s shame.

P.S To all the "layers" of that companies....Respectable companies wont do that kinda harassment at all,so shut your mouth up!

I can't believe the people who are looking out for the Marketing Firms.    They just called my fax number, after reading it was Leger Marketing, this company did call my landline 6 months ago and finding the number to call them back on here, and have honoured putting me on their own DNCL.   But come on, telemarketers/surveyors, it's all the same annoying crap.   Lots of people don't work 9-5 these days, they're not home or sleeping!   Respected firm my ass.   It's not a career, it sits below fast food lineman in my book, because we need food, we don't need surveyors, we got along fine in the 80's with the Census phoning twice a year, but even that was annoying, so why expand a bad idea, we're not gonna give you accurate answers!

Called me and identified themself as "the organisation concerned with water". Huh??? When pressed further, they said they were "Aqua-something", but no mention of marketing or survey. I asked, in no uncertain terms, to be removed from their call list, and was hung up on.

I called and got on their do not call list with no problem. I wouldn't do this except each time I amswer they hang up.

The 866-982-9805 number calls my number all the time, won't stop and don't leave any messages.  

I wouldn't do any survey for that business - Leger Marketing ever...due to harrassing me at my home.  

If there were such a respectful company, they would of been respectful to me there "client/customer" and left a message on my answering machine and let me decide if i want to call back or not.  If i don't call back, there's your answer.  Does this country need to learn how to respect others!!!!!!!!!!!!

Received a call from this number yesterday, but there was no one at the other end.

They keep calling in the evening.  Who are they?  I don't answer any 866 numbers, but it's annoying anyways.
