I've complained to them about their horrible service and how they continue to OVER CHARGE. They reinburse then do it all over yet again. NOW they harass people by phone calls that leave NO Message? Time to go to another company this one HAS NO INTEGRITY!!!!!!!!!

- Éléna| 1 replyDepuis plusieurs semaines je reçois quotidiennement un appel depuis ce numéro, personne ne parle au bout de la ligne, aucun message non plus si je ne décroche pas. Je suis pourtant sur la liste d'exclusion!! Bell prétend que ce n'est pas un de leurs numéros!! et que si je veux ne plus être dérangée avec cet appel, je dois prendre leur service spécial de blocage!! payant très certainement!! Je vais donc porter plainte au CRTC.

Thanks to Ghostrider's comment on 9 Oct 2010 to see that this number is Bell Canada's Loyalty service calling. 1 866 988 0885 specfic department is Internet services.
That would explain why they are calling. I am changing internet to TekSavvy thanks to Bell's push for UBB. I would have stayed with Bell had they not kept increasing the cost for the monthly internet close to $68 a month. Was a Sympatico customer since 2001. Tek Savvy lets me buy my own modem and not pay monthly modem fee.- Caller: Bell???

- EsquireGot a call today, it is from Bell, said my internet speed is not what it should be. Wanted to book an appointment and come to my home. Funny thing is I can checked my internet speed on speedtest.net and it is performing over 7Mbps so I am not sure why he says I am getting less as it works fine for me.

- dpudsy| 1 replyReceived two of these calls today, if it is a loyality call they are a bit late.Thirty-six days ago I deropped Bell's three services...ExpressVu, landline and Sympatico. They made me wait 30 days and now I am setup through Cogeco for all three and saving 76 dollars per month.
Just got fed up with their attitude, overcharging and poor customer service.

- Zamazon| 2 repliesI called bell and ASKED to be transferred to customer loyalty cause they offer three services for 68 bucks a month so I wanted the same deal. They gave me a discount of 70 bucks a month, comped my receiver chargevand installed, no charge, a FREE PVR which I get rental free for 36 months then get to keep at no additional charge. Still not a fan of bell but got 600$ in free stuff, was going to buy a PVR for Xmas and saved on my monthly bill. For once, I am a satisfied customer. I am now negotiating with bell mobility but they are bigger crooks. I will keep you posted
