This number is used by the AcaiBurn and Comprehensive Weightloss internet scams. They also use 800-989-5907 and 866-279-5581. You can call them because they will occasionally refund the charges they've put on your card, or dispute the charges through your financial institution. Either way you should order a replacement card.

It is of the faudre! I commanded the $4,95 expense of the acai burn and they load me one $100 additional on my credit card!

Have cancelled the trial period and they keep charging my credit card.  Not only are they charging me but because they are based out of the US (which I was not aware of) their charges then add a foreign finance charge on my credit card.  This company is a piece of work.  Do not buy from them.  In addition to ACAI burn 1-866-989-2645 you also have to cancel 2 other companies that they include in their trial period.  Insider Secret - 1-866-989-2685 and Comprehensive Weightloss 1-866-989-8944.  Biggest pain dealing with these companies.  The Insider Secret and Comprehensive Weightloss will tell you that they can not refund you your money back, then after complaining about it for a little longer on the phone they will finally say they can give you half back since you did not quite understand it.

I had submit my credit card information for the price of 4.95 n when i was searching for other products i realized i had seen google's lists of acaiberry with a list of scams. I panic, :0 then google searched the number n lead me to here. so what i did i cancelled my debit card at once n ordered a new one :] n this was 10 mins after i had purchased the product. Altho 4.95 was already pending i was able to cancel just in time before they take more than what i have :P . im so glad i land upon this. i let my bank know that i had read it was a fraud so the best idea was to cancel the card NOT the account. The money would be refundable by the bank :]

Cannot get through to any of the numbers listed above as they put you on hold forever. Biggest scam artists ever. I am going to have to cancel my credit card because this is nonsense. They keep charging my card and I dont know what for. Where can this be reported for the fraud that is being perpetrated.....it needs to be reported asap.

I had received some charges on my debit card ranging from $10.05, $5.00,$4.95 and $1.01 over the last 4 months. I called my bank and they instructed me to call the numbers listed by the charges. After calling one number I realized that i was in for a treat. They would give me one month back and told me to call another number. After calling that number the lady told me i didn't have an account with them so she "wishes" she could help but there was nothing she could do.

Now I'm upset.... i called the number back and explained that i never signed up for anything and i wanted to be refunded. The lady ( who sounded 12) said that because I didn't understand the terms and conditions.... she could give me back 5 dollar even though i was charged almost $45.00. I told her to give me her address and company name and informed her that i was going to report them to my banks fraud department. She said ok i can refund you for a month... Um hello no just give me the information so i can report you... then she offered me 2 months worth of charges. Finally i told her no i just needed the info and she then refunded me the full amount. Never the less I called the bank and reproted them anyways....

I had used my credit card to purchase Acai product...then after I entered my information on the net..the company said they were sold out.  I tried to delete my card information but it wouldn't work on the site.
Now I am repeatedly charged $5.93 every month in US currency.  My Credit card company requires 'that scam company' to notify them...in order to STOP the automatic payment.
I am beyond frustration!!  Something should be done about this.

After getting NOWHERE with calling the listed numbers under 8669892685..I phoned the 'resolution branch' of my Credit Card Company.  He called all of the numbers while I stayed on the line and had each company cancel the automatic payment of my credit card company.  This tells me it is possible to get rid of these rats!

I had the same problems stated above and called my VISA company and they removed the charges, cancelled my card and sent a new card. WHATEVER YOU DO, GET YOUR CARD CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY.!!!!!!

I received a charge from this company on my credit card with an indication that I has authorized a membership with them. I hadn't of course and now I see that I am just one in many who are getting billed for having received nothing. I don't even know who this is. Their number showed up on the statement from my credit card company.

I ordered this product and was charged multiple times after I had cancelled. I even stayed on the phone for 45 minutes until I finally got a manager- I asked what the number to the Ceo/president of their corporation was and they didn't know or declined to tell me. I told them they were a publically traded company and that information needs to be available to all clients. They eventually gave me partial credit back, but I still had to call 3 more times for all the additional charges we rec'd. I called one day and they said they had not yet charged me a transaction fee of 1.00 but were about to. that is what I lost it and told her she better refund the 3.24 and any other charges that were out there and if they didn't permanently close my account I would report them to my bank as well as the better business bureau. DO NOT USE!

A charge on my credit card for $3.24 with the merchant identified as WebAccess.  I phoned the telephone number above which was provided by my credit card company and had no idea what this charge was for as I had not signed up for any 'weight loss' products, but had made the mistake of signing up for 'teeth whitening' products, so obviously it is the same scam being run by a group of people using dummies like me to fill their cash coffers

I think they got my info from when i just purchased a trial version of dazzle white and from then on I had issue i saw a pending charge on my card for about 60.00 and i called them up and threatened to tell my bank about it that i'll just report it as unauthorized and next thing i know the pending charge is gone.  i was researching my acct history and saw these two charges on my acct.

I have received several bogus charges as mentioned from above comments.  I ordered the AcaiBurn (which didn't do anything by the way!) Got charged for the entire month (was supposed to be a free 14 day supply).  Got those charges removed after 2 calls.   Was charged 10.03 by another company who stated it was "clearly" accepted in the conversation with the Acia Burn rep. and that month's charges cannot be refunded by the monthly charge would be cancelled.  Now this 3.24 charge shows up...what's next??!!  These "companies" need to be stopped!

Went on lint to the chat part and was told to read the fine print.
Called the bank the charge was removed and the card canceled.

these [***] have been charging me membership & Webaccess fee's which I've never used! They took money from my bank, and my bank slammed me with over charge fee's. That's even more money I'm not getting back!

We got all the acai burn charges refunded by our bank - but now this is showing up after 6 months of never seeing it before.  I am going to have to call the bank and start all over again.  We had even canceled the card we used.  I can't stand these creeps
