This number calls repeatedly, never leaves a message.  Has called multiple times in same day.  If these shadowy characters want to talk why wouldn't they leave a message.  I'll say their intention won't mean well for you.

I just typed in the phone number in google that I've been getting calls from daily, and was extremely surprised to see this. I don't get any voicemails either, and they call almost the same time every day. Weird

I got the same call without a message

Same deal. Missed call. No message. I thought I recognized this number so I doubt it is the first time.

Not only did 8669930196 call my cell they got my work number and said that this was a legal call and I owed someone money they said they were with acs I told them to get lost and dont bother me they were a fraud and I reported this call Thats who they are I get a cll from them about every 3 months  theres another number they call also its a 516 number you cant evern understand them they have very thick accents and their english is awful It you should happen to answer just hang up

They are scammers. They call and don't leave messages, hoping that you will call them back and they re-route your phone number to another country and they rack up your phone bill. Or they will try to get you to say yes to something or they make you press the pound button, which gives them access to your account and they charge you money.

Its Sprint I called and it was sprint.

It was Sprint. Don't know why they called so I hung up. My bill is current.

claims to be sprint Rose stumbled a bit when I said I was returning their call told me they appreciate me as a customer and I said I don't appreciate these calls

Went to Sprint's "Contact Us"  site: http://www.sprint.com/contactus/ 

They had a lot of phone numbers listed. 866-993-0196 was not one of them.

This call was to my cell phone. I have gotten a lot of these kinds of calls. Have not figured out how to stop them. So, what I do is save the number in my phone and assign "No Ring Tone" to it. That way a call from one of these numbers do not cause my phone to ring.

Just like everyone else I get these calls too that I missed and gets very old and annoying. So no one knows exactly who these callers are??

I'm currently getting a call from them. They keep calling me and never leave a message. I haven't answered their call yet. They started calling me on Saturday and it's already been 6 days. I wanted to know who it was so I typed it on Google and I came to this site. Does anyone know who this caller is?

received a call from 8669930196 today, did not answer, caller did not leave a message.  per other comments it would seem this is a call from sprint. any suggestions on how to keep them from calling in the future?

Just missed a call from that number and hit callback.
They claimed to be from Sprint and were looking to "fine tune my plan".

She asked for my number, then my name - if she called me without that information already, perhaps she wasn't from Sprint after all...

It is a 'customer appreciation' call from Sprint.  They will review your account in detail and make suggestions for efficiency.  It may be worth your time if you haven't reviewed your usage in awhile.

This number belongs to Nicki.  She is a sign language interpreter for SPRINT VIDEO.  I have no idea why she would call me...

it was weird. Gotta call from 866-993-0196,didn't answer it.Figured if it was important,they will leave a message.They left a garbled message.....figured it was a cell phone "thing." Called the number back,and strategically....the live person was able to garble up the place of business and their name on the greeting.
"Thank you for calling dgdtdgfghhh...,this is kliwjndxcxc.... speaking,how may I help you?" I said "excuse me,where am I calling?" And they repeated the same line,the same way.Clearly a game that I'm not a part of.........

I have added this and another probable Sprint marketing number to a Contact named "No Ring Tone", and will add other marketing callers to the same Contact name.

There is no "no ringtone" option on my mobile, so I set the ring tone for this Contact to "Facebook Pop", a kind of single click sound; I also set this Contact to go straight to Voicemail.

it's definitely sprint and they wont quit calling...i get a call everyday.....i want them to leave me alone and figured they would get the idea, by me not answering!

I called the number back, it is sprint, they said they cant leave a message till they have called three times, they were calling to thank me for being a loyal customer and to evaluate my plan
