I know NO-BODY from Trinidad and Tobago. I beleive this was from a woman congradulating me on paying off a visa card. I would be given FREE gift cards & etc.etc. (in TERRIBLE ENGLISH, by the way!) if I would just pay the $4.95 ship/handle fee, on THAT card!  !. How do these "other world" people KNOW that I paid off that card?  CREEPY!!!!!!  PS It was a Regions Visa Consumer Bankcard. ILL NOT use it ever again!  BEWARE of this #
