Found this number in my phone bill. I was charged more than $200. Who are they.

I have been charged on the 8th of each month for a call to Bassaterre, ST Kitts, that I know were not made from my number.  The telephone Co. Tech said if I have a cordless phone they have stolen my frequency and to take the jack out of the wall and plug it into my modem.  Perhaps the modem has a scrambler on it.  I can't understand with all the complaints, why the fraud department aren't looking into this.

I found this on my son's cell phone which was just activated around Christmas.  We received the first bill today and I was livid at the $237 charges I thought he made. Before I confronted him and thank God he was at a wrestling match,I googled the number and found all of your complaints.  Call your cell phone company immediately to report the fraudulent charges!  This must be investigated and all the complaints must be filed.

My phone was charged more than $1,200.00 to this number. Someone please help!!! How can they do this? Phone company said it was made from my land line and nothing they could do about it. Now I have no long distance phone and have to pay $60.00 for next 18 months

I just saw my bill online & saw this Basseterreka on my bill & saw it w/international. I'm like what the heck!! I started to call my husband & yelled at him until my co-worker googled the number... Man, did i feel dumb. I called my cell phone carrier and they are investigating. I am not going to pay for this bill. No way!!!!! How frustrating..

I have the same prob, I see this number  on my cuz line and I asked him if he made a international call, he said nope he doesn't know anyone from a country so when i got home i seen  Basseterreka on my phone bill for 21mins. I google it and all these complaints came up. I called the phone company and explain, they are going to investigate. The rep googled it and told me it was to united kingdom i told her my cuzin doesn't know anyone there. So they need to investigate because how can it be a that so many people have the same complaint about this number? It's not a coincedence! Come on now! But they are goin to investigate!!
