Just when I thought "Rachel from Card Services" was a thing of the past......she's baaaack. Another different phone number. And on my cell phone, to boot. So I not only get the annoying call, but I have to pay for the minutes as well. Why can't something be done about these pests????

When I get them on the line, I ask them how to stop calling me and they hang up! They are jerks! I block all of their calls as I get them. I am up to five already

I asked information about their company and they hung up on me. They want to lower my credit debt. Haha I don't have debt or a credit card. They are scammers and they want your information.

Same here. It was Rachel from Card Services. I hit 1 and told them to quit calling me. I entered the number in my contacts with no ring tone. It's labeled as Scam caller.  At least it won't be interupting me anymore.

Something will be done eventually. It will take the right person stepping up to correct this problem, and each and every day is one day closer to permanently shutting these asswholes down. Maybe the person will make an example to show all future asswholes what happens to you when you target innocent people.

This "biotch" Rachel just called me on my cell stating the same thing about interest rate.  She is truly a horrible person to say the ugly things she did. I asked her if she was legitimate and how did she get my number.  what came out of her mouth after that was really UGLY!  This number is now blocked on my phone.  I hope she burns in HELL!

I can't even keep the moron who answers when I press "1" on the phone long enough to curse at them or vice versa. I've even tried to play along when they ask how much I owe on my cards. The first time I got the call and knew it was a scam, I said, "but you called me - shouldn't you know how much I owe?" Now, to keep them on the phone as long as possible I make up amounts I owe, ridiculous amounts. Today I pretended to not speak English and said, "you give card me?" She laughed and hung up.

US got acal from tis number i aid helo and ot an utomatd tingy. Tried to cal itback and it is a noin working number have mr number on my cell phone now it will b bocked sme with 77 t calls me everyday and is blocked

Just got a call from this number and I said hello and an automated thingy swore. Tried to call it back and it is a non working number. Have my number on my cell phone now it will be blocked same with the 877 number that calls me everyday and is blocked.

This is ridiculous that my cell number is on the Do Not Call Registry and I am still receiving calls from telemarketers which is a company named Card Services. I received a phone call from this number in regards to lowering my interest rate on credit cards with a prerecorded message from Rachel from Card Services. I chose option 1 to speak to someone so I could tell them to remove me from their call list. Once the person answered, I asked them to remove me, at that time the phone went silent and my call was disconnected. I tried to call them back at that number and for some reason I am receiving the message to check call restrictions. This company Card Services changes phone numbers and continues to harass me. The Do Not Call Registry does not seem to be working but I will continue to send you complaints about this company. Maybe the Do Not Call Registry will do what they say they will do and stop these harassing phone calls form unsolicited telemarketers.

Want to hurt these people? Keep them on the line as long as you can. be their dream victim. Give them fake info, talk as slowly as you can without tipping your hat. They only get paid when the scam works. Make it feel real. It won't stop them but it will piss them off if you steal as much of their phone time as you can.

I hate the calls from people claiming they can lower my credit card interest rates.  

I just use them to make the most disgusting, dirty, sexual call I can do with highest hopes of pissing them off.

Got two calls in 24 hours, one from the infamous Card Services people (4th time at least), and a new one from Direct Buy ("Your phone number has been selected to win a $25,000 shopping spree!").

Good thing is the numbers that ppl complain about get logged, and there are companies now that use these databases to build spam blockers for calls and text. Find a reputable one and get it.

So thank-you Devin Dumb@ss at Card Services for motivating me to block you forever.

I want these calls to stop

Just another call when I thought I was done. This has been going on for two plus years. I have now blocked 63 different numbers from these guys. I don't know that it can be stopped. Recently, I  have stopped answering calls from strange area codes and it seems to slow them down. Before that I asked them nicely to stop, threatened them, played them..."this sounds great! what's your name? are you busy tonight? I need a good *%F$B" and finally ignored them. Good luck

I bought a very loud referees whistle at a sporting goods store.  I push all the buttons until I hear a voice on the line and I take the deepest breath of air I can and blow it right down their ear.  Believe me, they don't call back, LOL!  I hope I have blown a few of those [***] ear drums to the back of their despicable low life heads.
