Got the same call as well... told him he was a scam.

5/23/17, I just go the same phone call. And man I could really use that money just like anyone else. But, I want to move and have a clear slate with no debt written on it. Why do these foreigns do this crap and get away with it. And I even asked if this was a scam and he had said no it wasn't. But before I hung up I did ask for his name probably  isn't his (Zon Berry). So, what is the purpose of this then is a joke to them knowing there are people desperate for money like this. Really.

I just received a call from this #, I did not answer, no message left. if I don't recognize the number I never answer. don't answer maybe this crap will stop.

This 877-977-6425 has called 5 times in less than 24 hours. As a rule I don't answer unfamiliar numbers, especially numbers with no available name. No message left when calls went unanswered--scam looking for a sucker.

Just got a call from this number.  I answered it out of curiosity.  It was a man with a VERY heavy foreign accent who said he was calling from the US Government to give me money that I never have to pay back.  I listened to see where he would go with this.  I asked him what country he was in.  He said "US Government."  He said he was going to give me a number to call and an activation code to receive the money.
At that point, I told him I was not interested and to take my name off of the call list.  His response was, "Why did you waste my time?"  Clearly,
this was nothing but a scam call.

This dirtbag records your voice & will defraud you.  Do not answer.  Never say YES.

Silent call to UK

I received a call from this number a man with a Indian accent told me That the government had chose me to a free grant of  $9,500.00 USD.
and gave me a code to call the treasury Dept who happens to be another Indian woman.
She wanted me to send the treasury Dept a check of $250.00 Dollar for me to be registered.
In only for me to receive the $9,500.00 USD.
DO our government have control over this scam artist?

Received a call from this # saying my Microsoft computer was hacked and he was calling from Microsoft. I asked him to removed my # and he said No I am not removing your number I will call you every hour, how about that? Is there away to get rid of these people or report them?

I just receive a call from a man with Indian accent stating I had been granted $9500 from the US government and gave a number to call the accounting department so they can set me up to receive my money through western union in Walmart or by bank account number or debit card.  I called the call back number (202) 810 9974 from Washington DC which belongs to a man name Bernard... I called back and a lady with a Indian accent answered asking for a $300 tax deposit in order to release the fund.  She back very hostel when I chose to forgo the deposit and became even more upset when I asked to speak to her superior/manager.  She said if did not want to follow directions then I guess I didn't want the money.  I told her " It looks like You Want My Money" and hung up.  PLEASE BE WARE

SCAM!!  ---  An elderly client got a call from this number.  A foreign man called and tried to tell her that she qualified for a $500.00 Government Grant because she didn't have a criminal record, was retired and/or disabled and that she could choose from 3 methods of payment (cash by Western Union, A debit or credit card or a bank account). It took him several minutes to speak this in English.

I got the same call with a callback number 202-810-9974 saying from the Federal govt accounting dept. and gave me a security code.  He was definitely a foreigner.
