Don't know who this is called and left no message caller id says Jim Kingston

Called my local police department and told them he was my nephew and that I hadn't answered the phone in 5 days. Asked them to go to my house and "check my welfare." He knew what kind of vehicles I have and where I live, and said his name was Donovan Thomas.  He told the police I was supposed to pick him up at the airport.

My Mom is being called by this man from Jamaica. He is saying that she won a car and money in a sweepstakes. She mailed $150 via Western Union today towards something related to the car. She said he is very convincing and she believed him. I've told my 86 yr old Mom that anytime you have to send money to receive your "winnings" that's a big red flag and it's a scam. I hope this helps someone else. The story gets worse, but that's all I know about this character.
