I received a call from this number this morning from Publishers Clearing House stating I had won a prize with my cell phone number. I asked how they got my number since I don't give it out or sign up for Publishers Clearing House...with his very bad accent and slow speech..he said 'you have won a prize with your cell phone number'..and went on to say I have won second prize. Again I asked him how he got my number.
After Googling the number, I am glad I hung up on him. Scammers are using this number, calling from Jamacia and scamming people out of thousands of dollars.

I received a phone call from this number saying that I won the Publishers Clearing House. Apparently I want two point five million dollar and a Mercedes Benz.all I had to do was send them a hundred and ninety nine dollars which totaled 1 percent tax.according to the fool on the phone the IRS wanted confirmation from them for taxes. The man on the phone had a Caribbean accent and said I needed to buy a greendot card and give him  the PIN number of the back. I told him I would call the IRS and give them the PIN number off the back of the card. As a result the gentleman on the phone said that they needed it for their company it was just a small price to pay for 2.5 million dollars.I told the gentleman that $199.00 is not one percent of 2.5 million dollars that one percent would be $25,000.next I told him to bring the prize patrol and I would gladly hand over the card.I also told him that I had a shotgun if he didn't come with the prize draw patrol.needless to say I did not win to 2.5 million dollars or the Mercedes.the guy on the phone was just trying to steal my money. I informed him he needs to get a job and that is mothers should have had an abortion. He said Americans all stupid and to basically kiss his but.

Ha Ha...No Americans Are NOT stupid We Are NOT Giving Them Our Money...They Are Sick [***]..Running Around Scamming Old People Out Of There Hard Earned Money!!
