    Call received by 86 year old mother in KY with scam that she had won $450,000.  All she needed to do is go and pay a fee (around $176) to get her prize released.

    Called her 2 times in one day and then another time 2 days later.

    Gave names of John David, Paul Logan and Ms. Green as people who would be involved in the transaction.
