Called and let it ring 1x and hung up, caller is said Jamaica.

I have received 2 calls from this number, both times it was a male with a silly voice saying "hello, do you remember entering Publishers Clearing House years ago?". I didn't respond to either call and he hung up. I foolishly dialed the number back and was told it was an international call and I would be charged international rates. I intermediately hung up. In my opinion, this has scam written all over it.

I just got the same call and I told them to stay on the line so I could trace the call then they hungup. The call obviously is a DumbA**

Just received the same exact call. Man with a silly voice,laughing in the back ground  asking about publisher clearing house.  I asked "who is this?" And they hung up. Dumb ass...

Thanks everyone. Got a call from this number today. I just happened to be too busy to answer, but I was expecting a call, so I would have. Caller did not leave a message.

I just received a call from the number.  The guy said his name was John Washington from Publishers Clearing House.  His voice sounded weird.
