Any clue where this is from?

caller said he represented Publisher Clearing House. Offered a prize of 1.2 million dollars and a Mercedes convertible. Wants $450.00 in taxes to deliver the prize. Number is from a telemarketer in Jamaica I think.

I got a phone call from 876-390-3426 today May 28, 2015 @ 8 am posing as David Wilson from Publisher Clearing Housing (PCH) to award me $1.7 millions and 2016 Mercedes Benz at my house @ 11 am.  He gave me my confirmation, winning, and packaging #s, and his PCH attorney name Mary Jones, and asked me to repeat these info to him to verify that I had written them down correctly.  He then asked me where I was now, whether I was at work, how many hours away I was at work from my house, and whether I permitted him to hand my prizes to one of my family or relative members, what their names and where they live.  I knew this was a scam from the start and he got no info from me.  I hung up and went online to check his calling number and I was right.  DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM PEOPLE!!!!
