I have recieved a call from this phone number saying I have won a publishers clearing house award of $450,000 and a car. It was a thick jamaican accent with dogs barking in the background. So jumped online and what do you know I was right it was a scam.

I got a call to my new cell phone with an almost incomprehensible caller talking about prizes. I hung up, and called the number back later to see which company it was from. a woman answered with kids and dogs in the background and I hung up again.

We just got a call form this same number.  It is the same scam.  Two weeks ago, we got a similar call from 876-378-4980 with the same scam (a car and $385K).  .  Please hang up.  They will call at least 3/4 times before giving up.
