This person has been calling several of my family members claiming to be a process server.  Is this a private detective or how is this person tracking down unlisted family members.

This person, Brian Little - a process server, left a message for me also asking to call back Allstate Litigation Services. I've had several calls from several people fraudulently attempting to collect money. They all state the same thing. I'm going to be served a summons at home or at my place of employment. They all stem back to a cash advance loan that was taken out years ago. This company's information was somehow stolen or hacked and now several criminals are attempting to collect money by scaring and threatening innocent people. I once paid a different company that was out of California $200 to "stop the proceedings" only to find out it was fraud. This is now the third company that I've had try to call me and scare me into paying the money. They usually ask if you have an attorney with you who you would prefer them to talk to. Yes, because everyone keeps an attorney on their living room couch just in case you get a call they might want to take. Ludicrous. Don't give them money! I'm not sure who to contact from here, a different site said the FBI.

Was called @ 1200pm today... By a Robert Allen, stating he had a file of charges claimed against me but wouldnt say what they were for. Gave me a file # to reference when calling the 855-693-3682 # and said that if I did not call soon to remedy the matter that there would be paperwork sent to me at my place of residence or place of employment. They said I would go to court if I didnt respond and that the phone call was my formal notice of the processes being put forth. He never said the name of the company the debt was from, nor did he say the name of the company he was with, or the name of the company that I was to call regarding the matter. At 8pm tonight I called the number on the message left on my phone and whenI called, the voiceservice said it was Allstate Mediation and to enter an extension if known or "0" for the operator. I pressed "0" and was led to a voicemail box stating the persons were away from the desk or busy at the moment, and to leave a message with teh file# and contact number and they would return the call the next business day.  Now by law, they have 5 days to mail a letter to me stating what its all about but by reading statements from other people, they do not send anything to anyone until you give them bank account information.. Some people say they were taken to court and garnished the wages for the debts not paid, others say the company is fake and that no one should believe what is being "said" as they are a scamming company that doesnt have any jurisdiction to do anything... I google the company and nothing comes up but the complaints made on other sites.. I have no problem paying bills (when i can afford to) but I wont give out personal information, especially bank info to anyone... I will send you money when I can, you are not going to take it from me before I get to know why you are calling me... I am curious as to how valid these threats were....
