I get a call almost every day asking me to Pinnacle Financial Group at this number.  It is always a recording, never a live person.

They said my number was given as a number to reach a person named Jesse. I told them no one lived here by that name but they said they could not take my number off until they get a new one to replace it. What can I do??? They call a lot

they are a collection agency for past due accounts.  i got a call every day with no recording, just silent and then hung up on me within about 30 seconds, i called them back and they are a collection agency for an old credit card that id forgotten about.

I have been getting calls from them every day never answered .I finally answered friday and the guy said his name was Derrick .Never told me who or where he was callin from and lets just say by the time i hung up with him I was using every profanity in the book

second time they have called. when I see the 877 prefix, I stop the call. no idea who they are or what they want.

i get calls from that number alot like at 7 am until 9 pm and no one talks i get so angered that i just stop answering my phone if i see the number. who are they i dont know how they got my number no clue.

I have a new cell phone - my first ever - and have received 14 calls from this number in the past 5 weeks, at all times of the day (8:45a to 7:30p). At first a recording asked for a name I had never heard before - something like "If you are Jim or Jane Jones, you must press 1 now to receive important information." Since I have never heard of those people, I did not press the button. Now the message asks me to wait on hold for an operator. Yeah, sure.

These idiots are using up my cell phone minutes. When they do leave a message it is either silence or they ask for Jesse so & so. When they wear me out and I do answer, nothing but silence. If this practice isn't illegal it should be. What to do?

They kept calling and hanging up or leaving annoying messages on my answering machine. My daughter called them back to ask who they are, and what they wanted. Said they are looking for Tina Graham - I have never heard of this person, have no idea why they are calling my UNLISTED phone number. The lady told my daughter, "OK we must have the wrong number and we'll take it off the call list". Hope they do !

I think there must be people that give out wrong numbers so they don't get collection calls. They should realize that the phone number MUST belong to someone. I tell them to look up the number online and they will see who it belongs to. they can do a reverse lookup just like we can.

This number is listed as one of many numbers for Pinnacle Financial Group, a collection agency. They are a huge company and employ a multitude of people. It is therefore reasonable to assume that your experience with them if you dare talk to them will vary widely depending on their attitude, day of the week, etc., as well as yours.
