Have no idea who it is CID 800 Service.
They won't tell me who they are I can only guess they're scammer's so I don't answer.

Credit card scam.  CID: TOLL FREE CALL.  I answered and got a recording regarding credit card interest rates and prompting me to push 9.  (That's there way of getting around the National DNC Registry, or so they think.  At that point I hung up and blocked them using CPR Call Blocker.

Another insanely inconsiderate criminal phone ringer.

Two calls from this scammer 5-15-2016 who I reminded that I am on DO NOT CALL list. NCA is using at least seven phone numbers in a massive illegal campaign to pest people. I want to know if Thomas B Powers, Virginia B Pierce, escrow agents, are involved in Milwaukee?

Telephone displayed NRA.  I'm a member so I answered the call.  A man asked to speak to Karen, my X-daughter-in-law.  I ask him who he was with and he told me the NRA.  I asked him what NRA stands for and he said the National Recovery Agency.  I asked him why he wished to speak with Karen.  He told me it was about a credit card account.balance and he would like to work out a repayment plan with her..  Told him "Good luck finding her because I've not seen her in over ten years",  then I hung up the phone.
