It is a sales call from Bank of America

I reported it to Bank Of America since I have an account with them.  It is a phishing scam

I called this number back and a recorded message said it was a sales call from Bank of America insurance services and should I be interested in their offer to do nothing and they would call me back or that I could wait on the line to enter my number to be removed from their list.  At the end of the recording, however, it said that a serious error had occured and I was not able to enter my number.

I received a phone call from this number and and let it go in the voicemail and they did not leave a message. Having immediately called back the system announced "Thank you for calling Residential MD Services" and "From time to time we offer products & services that may of interest and value to you..."; and prompted me to press 1 for further questions, which I did not. And the system ended my call.

It appeared to be a gentle but UNSOLICITED call nonetheless. And I'm concerned if FTC is looking into and enforcing any of its will and influence on such unsolicited, untimely marketing calls despite the fact that I'm also on a DO NOT CALL list.

Regardless, this phone number is no longer associated with Bank Of America, and I wanted other folks to know about it.
