I have received two calls from this number and I am on the "Do Not Call" list. One call came in on 12/22 at 1:52 PM, I let it go through to my answering machine. This morning's call came at 8:11 AM and I have company for the holidays that would have liked to sleep later than this. I hope you can do something about these unwanted calls. Above it says the caller was "American Heart Assoc" I thought they were a more upright outfit.

They just called (again).  They even called last night about 8:30 pm.  I sometimes pick up the receiver and just hang it right up again.  
This organization seems to be relentless in their attempts to reach the homeowner with the amount of outbound calls they make.

It truly is annoying.

They just called me and I actually answered which I usually
don't do.   I said Hello and heard a few clicks.  I said
Hello a few more times and no one ever came on the line.

So I hung up.

I am on a no call list for MO.

Someone from this number left a message on my elderly father's machine twice asking how he's doing and where's he been.  It upsets him.  Caller ID said Unknown.  He's on a no call list.

Tired of getting these calls.  When I answer the phone there is no one there.  I am also on the no call list.

The "Do Not Call" list only keeps BUSINESSes from calling you.  Charities are exempt from this law, so you will still receive annoying calls from any charity that has your number.

If this is the Heart Assoc., they just lost me as a contributor. Too bad,  because my husband died of a bad heart, but I refuse to be solicited  by phone, as well as mail...One charity told me they keep calling til they get an answer, but mostly there's nobody on the other end if I pick up, so what to do?? F4T9

I get calls from three different #'s that are listed on this site as calling for the AHA.  866-431-5121, 877-213-2767, 877-213-5044  Good Grief!

This call is from the American Heart Assoc. They call up to 10 times a day
on multiple lines. Here is the list of all the numbers used so far. I sure
glad I have a call blocker. They can call "Till Hell Freezes Over", but
they will never get through.

These calls are made using a sophisticated computer program that telemarketers use called autodialers. They will pick times to call that have not been tried before hoping that they will catch you at home. I've received calls both during the day and evening sometimes twice a day but usually just once. None on Thanksgiving or the day after maybe they gave those poor people running the equipment the day off!!!

I contacted the American Heart Association to demand they remove my information.  From their website, here is the information:

This number calls daily at different times.  They never leave a message.

I've gotten several calls from this number recently, with silence on the other end when I answer.  Where I come from this is called harassment.

This number has been calling me for months several times every day.  Never anyone there.  American Heart Association?  What gives them the right to make prank calls to my home....calling and hanging up?  Will try emailing the address provided.

these professional telemarketers are sub-contracted [ie; AHA] & are paid a heavy commission on all contributions they solicit.   You are called by an auto-dialing system that uses voice-recognition software; which is designed to screen out most answering machine messages that typically begin with a full sentence... the "nobody there" is often when their 'computer' has recognized you as a real person, & has directed your call to a real person; which may not be immediately available.   I changed my message to begin with "HELLO"... followed by a pause; which fools the 'computer' & directs my call to an operator... this wastes their time... I did this 6 mos. ago...  it has cut my annoying/repeat calls in half..!!

Please stop these annoying calls!

Stop this annoying call.  I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

We have been receiving 2-4 calls every day and night from 1-877-213-5044 no one is there when we answer...very very annoying. We are on the Do Not Call list too...

Tis is NOT the American Heart Association.
They call several times a day but they let the phone ring only a couple times.
No time to pick up it up.
I assume these are spoof calls,
A legit organization would never act like this.
To what purpose I don't know.
It could be that 877 213 5044 is not an AHA genuine number, "they" simply want to bait you so that you will call this number back.
Why I don't know.
Maybe to ascertain that somebody is indeed at home. Just a conjecture.
