they called my job today about processing solutions place and gave my co worker all this info about serving me at work with documents..

They are a debt collector. Pretending to be a firm who prevents you from going to court. They called for my sister who had a $355 payday loan.  I hung up on them and they continued to call.

How do you know their pretending?

I received a call from this number on my cellphone today - it came in as Restricted, which let me know that something was fishy, so I did not answer... Something about being Process Solutions, and a document being returned to their office... If someone was going to to serve you, they use the "element of surpirse" and don't call to let you know they are coming - at least that is what I thought (??) He gave some type of claim number and a number to return the call (the 877 number), which I will not, of course. Glad I checked the internet...

The only "Process Solutions"  I could find on the net was IT-related, so I don't know what this is...

"Jordan Baker" from processing solutions called to give me the number to US capital. She had a script about serving papers. when I called uscapital they said they filled a court case against me. I demanded that they serve me my papers, because that's just a threat. if anyone can verify USCapital our Processing Solutions address I'd go visit and talk to them about their threats in person

They called my daughter saying they're with Washington county and if I don't call them I'll have a warrant for my arrest and they'll be prosecuting me. I called them not knowing Wth was going on and they indeed were misrepresenting themselves threatening to walk my file down the hall to the DA to prosecute me. I'm going to file a complaint regarding these ppl. If they want to collect that's fine but threats and scare tactics are not acceptable.

they called my work last night - when I returned the call the person who answered said she could not access my account as it was someone else who called me.  When I told her I wanted my work number taken off the calling list she said it was the only number they had to contact me.  ANY MORON knows that you have to put your home/cell number down as a contact number on any legal documents.  She did however tell me that this appears to be in regards to an unpaid payday loan.  When I called this morning to talk to Ms. Cambridge I was told that it was a County Court action against me.  They should keep their stories straight.
