Some one called me today and said they have some documents they need to drop off at my house and asked when I would be home. I asked what it was for and they said they did not know because the envelope was sealed. Said I could call 877-224-5416 to find out what this is about. They are coming by this evening.

My wife got the same call last night does anyone know who this is?

I got a call yesterday from a Mr. Barker saying that they have documents to deliver to my home or working place and even gave the Civil case no. Who are these people?

They even called my relative & my friend. Please let us know who they are.

We got a call from some one yesterday saying they wanted to drop of some document as well. We never called the number they gave us thinking this was bs. My husband said someone knocked on the door this morning but said he did not answer it. I am going to call them later today and see what this is.

Please let us know what you find out about them. Who delivers this documents?  do they have contact in every state?

I also received a call from this # today with the same type of message.  They even called my place of employment.  If anyone figures it out, please let me know.

Who was it that called you.  I've received the same call.  They don't say who they are or what it is regarding.

AMAZING!!!  They had a "Bree Keegan" call me saying the SAME thing!!  Even gave me a case number??  I still don't know who they are or what they would possibly want with me?  However, when I looked up Bree's name, I found a Bree Keegan on Facebook?!?  Very strange??  I say do not contact them....  I don't trust anything over the phone.  I tried to get her contact information, business license number; anything I could to verify her; she hung up immediately....

They just called again!  I told her I needed some type of info to verify her and the number she gave me.  She refused and became very "short" with me.  I told her that I thought this was all a scam, and to not call me again.  Hope that works?

Update - Some one knocked on my door this afternoon and I did not answer it as I was the only one home. This has to be related to these phone calls.

They have been calling my cell but I've been out of the country, I live in a high rise building with over 1000 people and a neighbor whom I've never met said that someone called her home and said they had legal papers they needed to deliver to me and wanted to confirm my address (Ian address I've lived at for almost 20 years!!). So now they reach out to people you don't know! I filed a report with the Attorney General's office in New York (a friend in the DA's office told me to do that). I also have a police precent down the block so I also reported the issue there. The FBI has a site where you can log the complaint - http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx. The phone number left for me was 877-224-5416. This is a scam for sure but in NYC this kind of stuff won't fly so I welcome the visit....and I'll make sure the police are there.  If you have a case in NYC you definitely know the address!

I verified the company they seam legit. Not sure how to handle now.

This number called my boyfriends gpa saying my bf is in trouble and he needs to pay money. They even gave a case number. When I tried researching the number I couldn't get any info at first so I called from my Google voice number. The man said they're a mediation company but couldn't give me any more info bc I wasn't my bf. I called the number back 5 times and no ans. I researched 8772245416 and came across this site. Total scam!!!!!

These same people called me but I have not called them back. How come your boyfriend did not call and find out what this is for??

A gentleman acting very stern has left messages for my brother. He stated that they have a verified address, charges and case against my brother and that he will not discuss this case further until he meets him face to face. Also, someone will be coming by to deliver paperwork regarding this case. He sounded legitimate and scary. I know what he's doing is illegal, especially in Florida. My brother worked in debt consolidation...he knows how to deal with these "a"holes...I can't wait to hear him call the jerk back!

This number belongs to a collection agency scam. They will lie and tell you that charges have been filed and a lawsuit has been brought forth against you. They will give you a "civil claim number" and then try to threaten you by saying "your summons is on the way". It is illegal for a debt collector to threaten you with jail time. This is a desperate attempt to try and get money from you. Do not verify your personal info with this company!!!!!
