I just had an automated call come into my office from 877.228.3235 and gave a 'claim number' and said it was in the best interest for me to speak to a live representative, NO NAME was given. So I connected to find out who were they looking for. The person they wanted had not worked in over 3 years.

I got another call from them and this time I pressed '0' and spoke to 'Mr. Douglas' who's first question to me was whether or not a process server had been to my house yet HE DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHO I WAS!!! I said no. Then he said 'let me check if I can retract the court orders for your appearance' then puts me on hold, STILL DOES NOT KNOW WHO I AM. Then he comes back and tells me that I owe Ace Cash Store for theft of services! I try to tell him I owe noone at Ace and never have he informed me I better watch my tone! Then proceeds to tell me they will get it out of me ONE WAY OR ANOTHER! I told him I have nothing and he cuts me off calling me a professional debtor and it is is scum like me that keep them working!!! I told him Bless you and hung up at that point. HE STILL WOULD NOT LET ME TELL HIM HE HAD THE WRONG PERSON. I TRULY FEEL THREATENED BY THE COMMENT OF THEM GETTING IT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. IT IS NOT ME, WHAT DO I DO???
