they continue to call and call and call......even though on their answering device I have answered THIS IS AN INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER......and they just keep calling...........they call at all hours..........

They call every day at least twice for a person I've never even heard of! And it's my cell phone they are calling! Every time they call it's an automated person and if you speak or say hello while she is speaking, it hangs up on you! I spoke to a real person about a year ago and finally told them they had the wrong number and it stopped until a week ago. Isn't this some form of harassment?? They have the wrong number and I can't even get to a real person!! It's completely ridiculous. If anyone knows where I can report these people, please let me know.

I receive calls from this number every day. The recording asks for William Sashel or something similar.  It asks to press 1 if you are the person and 2 if you are not the person. When you press 2, the recording asks you to call 1-800-618-6418 and refer to case number 9524831.

I called this number back today after getting two calls within 1 hour. The person answered "RPM, this is Zach"

this company keeps calling me too. They will use one phone number and when I had it blocked by the phone company, they switched to this one.  It is a collection company and a giant pain in the rear!

I keep getting calls from this number too.  They don't leave a message and if I answer there is no one there.  Don't know why they are calling, but they need to stop.  They call a few times a day and at all hours!

Called. First time, was put on hold. They ask for my number, and I lose connection. I called again, automatically, I lose connection as though they hung up on me. The End. I hate it.

File complaints with www.ftc.gov. Fill out the form there to let them know.  If enough people do it, there may be some change in RPM's policies.

When you speak to RPM live they don't even know what phone numbers they have called.  It's a poorly managed debt collection business that calls third party phone numbers belonging to innocent people trying to track down the individuals who (maybe) do owe money.  When RPM calls they do not know what number was dialed for that call!!!  That means they have lots of numbers they somehow "associate" with a debtor and harrass all sorts of people looking for those individuals.

I've been getting calls repeatedly for months. I've called back saying I don't know the person they're looking for and to please stop calling since it's the wrong number. I've done this 3 times. the 1st time they said they'd take me off the list. the 2nd time, the guy didn't believe that I didn't know the person they were looking for. the 3rd time - the person would hang up on me. So I kept calling back until she spoke to me. She said she took me off the list.

Regardless, this IS harassment, and I had no idea there were so many people getting harassed by this company RPM until I googled the phone number and saw all these complaints.
You can log a complaint with www.donotcall.gov and the government will investigate. If enough people log complaints maybe they will stop. so Please log a complaint asap.

Who in the hell is RPM? I don't know why they're calling me. I will find out who it is and tell them why they're calling.

those days, i always get the call, they said they are looking for sb, the name is similar with mine, i refuse the call now.

This is so lame! This kid called and when I asked what the call was "regarding" he started harrassing me and calling me names. What? How can I file a complaint? If this company runs their business this way, I can't see how they stay in business.

I have been getting this call twice a night every night for the last couple of weeks.  Always rings about three times and stops.  Never leaves a message.  Today I decided to answer it.  They asked for someone who doesn't live here.  I told them she doesnt live here and he said well she put this number down as a contact number.  I told him if I see her I would be happy to give her a meassage. ( I had just told him she didnt live here)  So he says" tell her to call 877-233-8521.  This is Chris."  So I say...And who are you with.  Then he says RPM.  So I say and who is that?  He said receiveables for Formans Management.  So I say and who is Forman Managment.  And he say" That is the company I work for"  So I said OK if I see the person you are looking for I will tell her.

I dont know if they will call again but I figured I would get as much information as I could from them.  I know they werent calling for me because I know I dont owe anyone anything and I just checked my credit report.  I have 32 open accounts with no negatives/no late payments and the only balance now due is on my mortgage.  Maybe I will keep answering and just give the the runaround every time they call just for fun

They started calling yesterday, a couple of times a day at random times while I'm at work.  Same as someone else mentioned, they don't ring too many times and never leave a message.

Ya I just got the same call and they state that I owe money and they wanted me to give my info to them and I told them I don't owe anything and I never heard of Bank one Delaware visa

RPM Calls me every day almsot twice a day and sence I dont know the number I just ignore it but I just want to know why I am getting called at 3 AM in the morning by someone I dont even know its just really annoying
