Just got a call from this number: 905-413-8629 - Global Credit Collection inc. The guy cannot tell me who they are collecting from. I asked for his company information :
1-877-234-1601, ext 6019

This doesn't check out with Global Credit Collection inc.'s online contact info.

This 1 877 2341601 and 647 724 1029, they say that they are from Global Credit.. they will call you persistently and they will even leave a message for your voicemail.. they will ask personal information and then when you ask them for the reason for your call they will just hang up.. really rude.. you should block this number..

Global Credit is the number they use different numbers just say that they have special offer and such and the guys are very rude. Another number that they use is (905)-480-1355 and  (905)- 413-8585 .. this people collect personal information and they will keep on asking bout your credit card info.. such a waste of time .. and when you ask them for the reason they will just hang up.. Telemarketers and scam artists.. I hope that they can all get a real job..

Calls from 18772341601 is Global Credit Debt collection. mine is for virgin mobile. I don't think its a fake.

keep calling this number lookng for a diferrent person.  So I believe they are fake.

I keep getting calls from them. They've called multiple times asking for wrong person or saying they're from virgin mobile. Called virgin directly and it's not them. If Global Credit was legit they'd use your name and specify what they're calling about because a legit collections company would already have your basic info.

I am receiving calls and voice mail consistently from this company  I have answered and it was an automated voice mail saying I must ring them back....I'm in Canada, they are in the USA, not going to happen especially when  I have NO idea why they are calling !!!!!! Frustrating.

This company just called me and when I asked who he was calling for he literally just kept going with his script and completely ignored me. Twice I told him to tell me who he was calling for and he paused while I spoke and then just kept talking. This is a scam and I hung up on him. Block this number!

You have a phone bill somewhere you forgot to pay, mine was with Bell Mobility, when I cancelled my account I didn't realize there was a balance left on it.

They seem a little shady. My daughters grandmother received a call from them asking if my daughter was there and asking for her home #. ( probably because they have the same last name). They wouldn't discuss what it was about. My daughter is 12 YEARS OLD! We bought her a pre paid cell (so ...no....there could be no outstanding bill) which is how I think they found her name. Sounds kinda crooked if you ask me

I work at an inbound call centre and keep getting calls from this number. Just says it's an urgent matter, that each attempt to contact is documented, and gives a call back number. Scam.

Got a call from them twice. Both times they left a voicemail, and they didn't say my name correctly.
I have no outstanding balances owing anywhere and I have had collections call before and it was nothing like what these guys were trying to do.
I blocked the number. Too smart for a scam!

I got a call from 1-877-234-1601. I blocked the number a while ago because they kept calling. However almost every day now I get a voicemail from them. They don't specify Global Credit but I can tell it's a collection agency. And I did have something from Virgin Mobile go to collections. They have my name recorded. They said "This is James Metcalfe, manager at not sure what, this is a personal message for *my name*. Attempts to reach you are documented, please return our call asap. We are located at 14 Denison Street in Markham, Ontario." I will probably have to send them written notice that I don't want them contacting me by phone anymore, this is getting extremely annoying. What a way to try to get money out of people who can't afford to pay.

Bought a new cell it came with a tel. number since the very first day I have been getting calls from them 18772341601 asking for Brandon Devon ? We have explained our situation yet they keep calling.....not too bright are they, so we have decided to have some fun with them, try it it's very gratifying to scam a scammer .
