This company does not identify itself but want you to identify yourself with your social security number...very fishy.....

Received call from someone in an outsourced call center.

Name of company is: Credit Corporation

This is a Debt Collection agency.

what debt collection is it from?

Called me tonight and knew the last four of my social. Apparently they are a debt collection agency; said it was a matter through an online school I had attended for a semester. Found it strange since I am currently a full-time student and that loan is in deferment. I honestly don't know how legit they are.

they called me asking for my social ... the asking if it was correct.... they new my address, my phone and my 4 last digits of my social. ..... I hung up becuase they did say how they were

Have received at leat 3-4 calls in past week from this number claiming they are Van Ruh (sp?) credit corp, calling to collect.  I don't have any outstanding credit problem, if fact I have a great credit score, so I know it's a scam.

The person that called me knew my name and last 4 digits of my social. He kept tring to make me agree to pay a debt I don't owe and when I wouldn't agree he put a woman on the phone that was his "manager" and she started tring to guilt trip me into a settlment for this "debt" they were claiming I owed. When I would not agree she becasme agressive and then another man got on the phone and was rude and even started to raise his voice to me. And after everything he hung up on me.

Note to anyone who get a call from this number:
Do Not Agree To Anything they say and never tell them any information no matter how small it seems.

Same thing happened to me.  called regarding a debt I do not owe and then told me "I was a waste of a human life for not paying my bills" and hung up before i could respond.  I dont owe a debt, I pulled my credit report and show nothing.

Heath Batchtel does not live here at 814-459-0087 and I am on the do not call list. I have reported this to Verizon my phone service and am filing a complaint as I keep telling u that it is not his number for over two years.
