    Received a call from this number this afternoon. The caller left a message, directing us to get back with them at this number. Called the bank.  This is NOT one of their numbers, and has been reported as fraudulent.

    It's USAA customer service. I was wary that it was a scam call, but they legit; they didn't ask any questions that could be used to get into my account. The questions they asked are:

    1. What made me choose USAA

    2. Do I have any questions about the banking services?

    3. Do I have any questions about the other services?

    4. Had I received my debit card yet?

    And that's all.
