DOS attacks?

sent me a text to "check the site for the latest cheats" and i don't play games and i don't like people to call+/or text me if i don't know them.

I have received bills for $9.99 for the last 2 months. I have Emailed them twice my phone company Alltel said that it is a 3rd party vender that I would have to call them myself.  All the information on the Sms4games you can not even pull up on the computer.  I feel it is a scam of some kind but I am not paying for something I have never used.  How do I get them to quit sending bills to Alltel as they say their is nothing they can do?  Sue Haley

I have called them (SM4Games) more then once and they have promised to send me a check for 30.00 this has been a charge on my alltel bill for many months. Alltel called them a long with e-mailing them and SM4 told me in would not happen again. Well, guess what it is again on this month's bill. I think the people that this is happening to need to get together and get a lawyer. This a stealing.... I am getting billed for something I have never used or even ask for...

Sending me text messages every month to check this site for the latest cheats and being charged $9.99 a month for something I have no Idea  who or what this is,also in the text message it will tell you to text STOP to quit,when you text STOP they send you a text message back that  tells you sorry but I didn't understand your text message...well understand this YOU NEED TO STOP!!!...

I have been raped by a company that I have no idea who or what they are and when you call they conviently leave you on hold for hours and you never get an answer from a huma all you hear is your call is important to us and someone will be with you shortly. who are t6hese people and who gives them this information or permission to take our money or to bill us. I need help this is rediculous and I dont know about anyone else but I want my money back. I dont even have a reason to go to a gamecheats web site I couldnt even tell you how to play a game much less cheat at it. HELP!!!!!

I blame the phone company. When I signed up for txt message no one ever said anything about 'premium text' that anyone with my phone number can send me a txt and I can get a bill for it. This is not right. I want to set one up for any bill collector that tries to get my payment for this will get charged $19.99 it will pay for all crookedness that these companies have.

Took me 3 phone bills before I noticed a $9.99 monthly charge on my wireless. Have NO idea how or why I have been charged for this "service" I NEVER applied for.  Cincinnati Bell blocked the 3rd party "Open Market" in future, but they couldn't revere or refund me for charges.  Gave me this phone #.  I called and got a guy from another country and asked for a refund.  I could not understand him.  I asked him 2 times to repeat himself and he hung up on me.  Called again today and when I get connected, I either hear a busy tone and get disconnected or someone picks up, doesn't speak and hangs up.  Do they have my phone number listed as not to answer?? since I am a problem???

We have 3 phones on a Sprint plan and noticed one of the numbers receiving this $9.99 charge for SmsgameCheats.  Sprint informed me that they don't have any control over this (right!) and gave me contact info for this 3rd party company.  Their phone number 1-877-244-7035 hangs up on me when I press 2 for an option.  How do you reach them?  Sprint also told me that you need to reply back and not exit from these messages....somehow I don't think that this is our responsibility.  I ended up putting  premium msg block on our phones so that we do not receive these messages.

I also got hit by these guys. I never subscribed to their service but also started getting billed $9.95/month. I kept receiving these strange SMS messages and called Verizon about it and they tracked it down to these scumbags and put a block so no other "premium messaging" will go through.
