collection agency  EOS CCA , wasting my time calling for someone with no association to my home, name or phone.

Calling my mother in law but won't tell me what it's about unless I give them my ss number and birth date. Sounds fishy to me.

You are harrassing my relatives without cause.  Stop it!

They keep calling regarding my deceased mother and the number they're calling on has NO ties to my mother. The phone is not even in my name. When I called them back they were extremely rude.

Go to the FCC web site (Federal Communications Commission) http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
and register a FORMAL complaint.  I too have received numerous calls from 8772449403 with no message  - they know that if they leave a msg. they are LEGALLY required to send the consumer a written notice of their collection attempts - that is why they won't leave a msg. because they are trying to trick the consumer into answering their call so they can harras you.

They will NEVER have me answer their call once I see their tel. # so they are IDIOTS - they use a robocall machine automatically set to harrass you.  DEFEND yourself by filing a formal complafint

I initially disputed the bill these kind folks were calling me about. But then I just told them I just wasn't going to pay it and offered a valid reason. Well, valid or not, it was my reason and I'm not paying the bill, so, I told them so. The first oporator gave me some line of [***] about my credit score is going to be blemished (I got the impression they were going to take a big black crayon and condemn me to hell or something. The trick is to keep them on the phone as long as you can. If your good, they will start to breakdown. They are not trained to handle these kinds of calls. I usually get handed over to a supervisor which has been the same Guy. His name is Myron. Myron is a hard one to break. He has told me to PLEASE SEND IN A WRITTEN NOTICE THAT I NOT BE CONTACTED ANY MORE! I've become emotionally and mentally sick and can't bear to give them up. I don't get many phone calls and If I miss one of theirs, I''m calling back. If I could get Myron to lose his cool just once, I'd feel like a winner. Be appropriate when talking with them, don't cuss or insult the people your talking with, but do engage them in open ended questions and long monologs. They will soon send you a self stamped addressed envelope with a typed request that you can sign.

They call daily and leave no message.
We're on every no-call list. Why isn't this illegal?

Every time they call, I'll answer by saying, "Hello." and then its quit for 6seconds then they hang hp. Each and every time !!! It needs to stop!

Same thing happened to me. I have no idea who this is and what they want. They asked for me and hung up.

They call every day and never leave a message.  It is annoying and a waste of everyone's time. They need to stop.

They called and left message. I returned call and they are tryin to collect a bogus bill to Vonage from 2009.
Spoke to rep and Superviser. Tryign to get me to believe I had a debt from Vonage 3 years ago and they couldn't find me till now. Meanwhile I have the same ph# and address that I had when I left vonage in 2009.

I let them know it was bogus. Then they wanted to give me a discount on this Bogus debt.
The superviser finally hung up..
