I recieved a call stating I had a collection against my SSN and that was being fined for $20,000.00 unless made a payment of $940.00 today. I paid the amount because they told me they were the police department.

got a call at work and the said person was saying that he was from a deputies office and that i had a case filed against my ssn and that i will be brought to court if i don't pay for a loan ( the are using Miami Police or the sherriff office to make this phoney calls

Got 7 missed call from 786 233-6448 from a thick Indian accented man who said he was an officer from the Secret Services for United States, his name was Richard Clark(Spark)?.  Saying that the office was receiving complaints.  So they were calling me to get my current mailing address so he can send officers in order to seize my driver's license, social security card and all my bank accounts for an investigation.  Stephen Clark from Advance Loan had reported and filed a claim against me.  If I wanted to verify I could call the company known as Advance Loan, at 877 246-7628 to clear up any confusion.  The 786 233-6448 number goes to vmail and asks to leave a message.  The 877 246-7628 number also goes to vmail saying that the ext 888635 is on the phone.

The last 2 days I have been getting harassing phone calls from some Advance loan company saying I owe them money which I do not.  I got a call from florida saying they are secret service and that his name was Richard Spark and I needed to call Russell Spencer from Advance loan at 877-413-7229.  I called them they were very rude and said if i didnt paying them the money I was going to jail so I blocked their numbers.  Then I get a call from some person named Jason Carter saying he from the secret service at this 877-246-7628 and that he wanted me to faxed him a photo id and a piece of paper saying I would pay them the debit with a walmart loaded money card.  He wouldnt send me a email of the bill.   I am filing a complaint with the fcc and state attorney general of my state and called the business commerce.

I committed fraud against Barclays Bank in 2011, 2014 and 2016. If I go to court it’ll cost me $3000 or I could pay $1000 maybe they’ll settle for $762
