This guy names Ben or something has been calling my company all day none stop harrasing us looking for someone that worked here. When we tell him to stop calling he just calls right back. Says he works for USA cash advance?

This number called several times yesterday-left message. When I called back this guy with heavy Indian accent started talking about all the legal trouble I was in--when I laughed at him after he wouldn't explain himself he called me a M*******F******* and a B**** so I hung up--he called back and said he was going to put me throgh to hi supervisor.when that person came on it sounded like the same guy--after several minutes they finally told me it was about some payday advance with USA cash advance that I was deliquent on-I said I never had a loan with that company and then the guy threatened to have me fired---I had problems with the same thing last year and I think its the same guy

A guy from this payday cash advance called saying the same things above. I asked the guy (Paul) who called, to send me information on this and he told me his lawyer would not allow him to send me info until after I paid the $300.00 that I owed for the payday loan. The scary part i that he has my name, address, and sounds like he had my ssn. He told me all the info and I did not give it to him. the guy told me I was going to lose everything. he said that he could prove this in a court of law and that I would lose. total scam

This place is a total scam. They are NOT legit don't get taken in by them if they call. They were yelling at me and a legit company does not waste time yelling at you. Also his last words to me were" youll see your going to lose your american social security" [***] could barely speak english.....don't these ppl supposedly belive in Karma lol well karmas a [***] and so am I....i will get them back!!!!

someone from this phone number keeps calling me and threatening me about something and they are going to sue me and Im going to be taken to court. I cant understand half of what he's saying.

They told me I owed $8000! I never even took a payday or cash advance loan. Ever. Not only did they call and threaten me at my job, they threatened another employee and said they were going to have me fired and arrested. Then when we fought back, they stole our company phone # somehow and started using it to screw with other people. Then the cops got involved. It was madness. Keep reporting about the mf-ers!

An obviously foreign guy named "Paul" keeps calling harassing our office on a daily basis regarding one of our employees who he says got a loan that they never paid back. He calls over and over. He called for an hour straight this morning. It is effecting our productivity and tying up our phone lines. Legally collectors can't continue to call your office if they are notified that they are in fact calling a company and not a residence. This does not seem to bother "Paul" as he has gone as far as threatening to blow up our building. We have spoken to his manager who was no help at all. We are contacting our attorneys, but in the mean time how do we get him to stop calling?!

he has threaten to kill me and he knows all my info and swears if I dont pay him 6000 but settle for 521 he says he leave me alone so I did a play back on him  got his landline numbe now he screams and cuss me and sweards he gonna take my ssi and home from me plus he gives 4 differant names calls all the time I just aff and say go ahead I need jail vacation from him am still waiting on law to show up never has anyways I dont owe anyone any money its all a scam

they claim to be calling from CO, but really are calling from India... thats why you always get one who cant speak english..sick of their calls.. i contacted the BBB they said they have been investigating these companies for the they dont go by USA FCC rules... thats why they think they can swear, threaten, and harass you all they want
