I missed a call from this number. trying to find out who it was.

This number is the one I was given on a letter I received in the mail for the "Online Bill Payment Processing Center."  Yes, that's all it said -- no company name or anything other than that and the phone number.  I received the letter because I just moved out of my old apartment and this "company" sent me a check, made out to my old apartment complex, with a handwritten note saying I was paid in full, so I guess it is a refund for me, but why it is in the apartment complex's name and not mine is why I'm trying to get ahold of them.  Everyone that works there when I called seems like an idiot and just tells you you will have to call your bank to figure out what's going on.  Just never pick up for them.

No calls just a check in the mail with that phone number and the amount of the check is what I paid to the Society of Decorative Painters....What do I do with this check? Report this to someone....asap

Moved out of apartment and into home that we bought. 3 months later a check for $500 shows up in my wife's name who is a homemaker, directed us on the check to call stated number with any questions
