They just called my cell phone and called no message.  I called them back and apparently they are a survey company

They're a collection agency. They've been harassing me for at least 3 years and I don't even owe anything. The lady who keeps calling is Erica. She calls on weekends, too!!! I think it's either ARO Inc. or IQOR.

I am starting to get calls...it is Accounts Recovery Corp.If you live in Canada, there are things you can do....look at the site of a lawyer names Mark Silverthorn...lots of good advice. They hassled me years ago as well...if they keep it up I am going to get a lawyer and sue their as_es!!!! Look at your rights and don't send them anything until you know your rights...not 1 red cent!

This company has been doing this to me for at least 9yrs now..They woman is very arrogrant

this is one messed up company!...not sure where they get their info!..I tried telling them that I was not the person they are asking for...the person they are trying to call must have had my cell # at one time..then the man started asking me personal questions ..I finally hung up!...

I was getting calls from (877)250-7070 for a couple of weeks now so I blocked that number from calling me and now I'm getting calls from (250) 762-7070.  I simply do not answer the calls. they do not go to voicemail; in short, I ignore them.  If you are getting calls from ARO (collection agency) from either of the two above numbers, I would strongly suggest you block both numbers from calling you.  If they get an answer, it only eggs them on.

Do not answer, they will call at random times  of the day if you do answer they'll say "John Doe"?.....    if you say yes, or uh huh..   they will put your number in their confirmed number database.  So remember... just do not answer them to begin with.    AND file a complaint with the CRTC.
If you accidently answer a call from someone who starts with "John Doe?"...  reply with "Who's calling please?"............      then tell them you'll check if there's a John Doe, but you're just working reception and our last guest checked out or some such.

i get theses calls on my cell and when i answer them all i hear is music its like im on hold right away so i just hang up .

I get calls from this number every day while I'm at work. I think it's a collections agency and it says aro ind.  I gets calls every day for the person who had my phone number before me. Starting to piss me off

I get calls from this number every day, sometiems twice a day. I never respond, however, they now started leaving short messages, more like "this is an important message from ARO; call back at extension xxx". I have absolutely no debt whatsoever...

Super weird guy who didn't sound professional at all was asking for someone and said it was regarding a financial matter :s

Got a call from from ARO yesterday asking me to call this 877-250-7070 but that number wasn't on my call display he left his ext # and a file #, super weird as well cause I don't owe anyone anything for a collection agency to call.
