Don't really know who it is other than a collection agency

They call every day during  my work hours but never leave a message for a return call from me. There is no communication, just the harrassing calls.

They called from 877 251-3775 and asked if I was Betty Baines - said they are debt collection agency. I am not Betty nor do I know her - but I see they called others and asked for her. I told the woman that I knew they were a scam and said to put me on their DONOTCALL list. She said I didn't need to be so rude because of a wrong number, and hung up on me. I checked internet and see that they make these kinds of calls and have several lawsuits against them.

Called the number, 877-251-3775, after they left a message on my voicemail. After three attempts to reach them, they said they were looking for my ex. When I told them he hadn't lived at this number in 3 years and to please take my number off their database, they became very rude and hostile to ME. Then they asked me where they could reach him. I told them I don't give out numbers to strangers and they berated me and HUNG UP ON ME. I called back to talk to a supervisor and got a more belligerent person on the phone who also hung up on me. Now, I was just having a normal, nice afternoon, minding my own business, and some mafia-type criminal-minded company calls me looking for my ex-husband and hangs up on me?? Isn't the FCC regulating these kinds of calls???

Just got a call from this number on my CELL PHONE.  That infuriates me.  They hung up when the voicemail answered.  I called the number right back and someone picked up and loudly said, IS THOMAS THERE???  I said, I don't know any Thomas.  Are you the one that just called me?  She slammed the phone down.  I don't know what kind of scam this is, but somebody needs to put a stop to it.

Just got another call (the next morning) from the same people, again to my cell phone.  Wanted an Edward Zarillo this time. I started chewing out about it being a private line and on the DO NOT CALL list and HE interupted and said neither one had anything to do with his office.  

Tell you what to do.  Call the number back...over and over.  Each time somebody different answers.  I called them 5 times and each time I said if they ever called me again I was going to spend one whole day calling them over and over till I drove them as crazy as they were driving me.  Now they won't answer the phone!  Do it, folks!  We can put them out of commission!

Who are these nut jobs?  What do they want?

I called them back, and they asked for Becky, no last name.  This is a new one.  I have gotten calls for Eugene Scott Mutchler, Kristy Lynn (Fleming) Mutchler, Connie Faye Smith, and Ramona Smith Hernandez.  I would do just as Jan-Myrtle Beach has suggested.  Drive these [***] nuts.  Be just as rude as they are.  And oh by the way, it is Becky Coleman they are looking for.  I seem to have better luck getting information than these paid idiots!

I had 16 phone calls just today from this number. No voice mail was left or anything. So when I had a chance I called back and got hung up on. I called back again and explained that I had several missed phone calls from them and I was returning the call. The lady asked me what my first name is. I said "Lisa" at that point she hung up on me. So after I got another missed call from them I called back and had a man tell me they are looking for Betty not Lisa and hung up. They called me again and I asked what was going on because they keep calling me and when I answer or call back they hang up on me. The guy "Don't worry about why we hang up on you. I dont have to tell you anything" and hung up on me again. They called me again (the same person) so I hung up on them and called back a few moments later and got a different person who answered which actually was the first person to state of the company name but said it too quickly. I asked to speak with a supervisor, the supervisor gets on the phone and explains they are a collection agency and he instructs his team to hang up on people who ask whos number this is, or what they are calling for or anything along those lines. He tells me they are looking for a Norma. I told him well they only said who they was looking for once and that was a Betty. I told them my name is Lisa yet they keep calling back all in the same day. So if they are just going to hang up they can stop calling my number. I told him the next time anyone from his company dials my number again I will file a lawsuit. at that point he said he removed my cell phone number from their computer so it wont happen again and then he hung up.

I agree- I called them back and they really hated it. They acted as if they have a right to dial my personal cell phone number but I have no right to dial their debt collection agency number. Call them several times I'm sure they will hang up on you because thats what they did to me. I got rude right back with them then finally called and asked for a supervisor who was just as rude as his employees. He said that they can't tell people they are a debt collector because they can be sued for giving out private information. (Because if a debt colloctor is calling then you know that person is in debt) Yet he told me they are a debt colloctor so thats just as the same weather it comes from his mouth or his employees. Likewise when they call me they dont give names they are looking for. They ask me my first name and if it's not the first name they are wanting they just hang up. Till the next looser decides to call and do the same thing. The supervisor said they have access to cell phones and landlines and often times if you have the same last name as the person they are looking for and live in the same area as them, they will call you. His line of thinking was that they are probably related and after they get so many annoying phone calls they will give the number up to their relative that they are looking to contact just so they will be left alone.When they ask for a better number to contact the person give them their own phone number and hang up.

If people would just pay their bills, they would not have to google these phone numbers to find out who they belong to.  It is amazing how much effort people will go to avoid paying a debt.  It is no wonder that our economy is in the condition that it is in.

You probably work for them - these jerks call people that pay their bills and people that don't - I have perfect credit and still get harassing phone calls for people that I don't know

Just received a nasty phone call from an AJ at Source Receivables Management.  He claims I owe a debt from 9 years ago. Yet when I asked him to send me some paperwork on what I owe, he refused.  Claims that they sent enough paperwork to my old address and I should go there and pick it up.  Then kept on saying that I was refusing to pay when all I was asking for documentation of what I owe.  Every time I asked he would interrupt me by saying " I see we are getting no where and you are refusing to pay your bills on time "  I told him his manner was very unprofessional and his answer was " Just because you don't like what I'm saying doesn't mean I'm being unprofessional".  
They won't send documentation because this company is a Fraud and those people are scam artists.  They want you to pay on the phone and just freely give them your personal information.

I am really getting sick of these harrassing scam calls on my cell phone.

These people from 877-251-3775 are very rude.  They said they are a Resource Mgt. Co. and when you tell them that the person they are looking for does not live at this telephone number they get very rude and say that they have a recorded message from this person they are looking for on such and such date and they do not believe you.   They get rude and hang up in the middle of your sentence.  Very unprofessional!!!!

They even have a computerized message saying if this is so and so press 1 and if it is not press 2.  Even though you press 2 they still harrass you.

Have talked to a person several times and told them to quit calling me.

Pay your bills on time and you will not get calls...You just said you owed it 9 years ago and you still haven't paid it???? What's the hurry right!

They have been calling me 5+ times a day trying to collect money for Sprint even after I have explicitly stated it was an incorrect charge and I will not pay it. I just told them to remove me from their list, that I have no relationship with their company and I will report them for harassment if they phone again. They hung up without saying anything.

I say piss on these [***] after 9 years the statute of limatations has ran out..On top of that after 9 years the late payment charges and interest you would never get them paid off.On top of that the Federal Government has givin the credit card companies billions of our money to bail them out they were the ones that got greedy giving credit out like it was free,no income verification,no employment check or somtimes not even a credit check,these companies are preditors they live off the people in this country that are in the bottom 20% of society..It's not right,,just because you can do something,dosen't mean you should...These companies were bailed OUT !! and they still try to collect on an old debt that has already been paid for,,I do not feel sorry for these companys,because of THERE bad business practices...boo hoo,,,I think everybody in America should max out there credit cards and then qiut paying on them !!Then let them cry..for awhile..like Goldman and Sachs they got bailed out after there bad business practices,,If it were my business or yours we would have been foreclosed on and out of business but no not them...DO NOT FEEL SORRY FOR THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES !! THEY ARE STILL DOING VERY WELL.Just like the pay day loan and title loan places were all shut down by Jeb Bush in the state of Florida because of them making loans at 300% interest praying on the people that are down and out already...Thank you for letting me vent,,do your home work !! This people has been calling my me and asking for my wife, when i ask who are you they want tell who they are. I ask them to stop calling my phone but they will not stop. what can i do?
